I am again reaching out regarding my EPS account and the discrepancies in my Annexure-K. As per the previous email exchange, I was advised to connect with Ambika Prasad Maurya (PF team) for assistance. However, I received a response stating that this matter should be handled by the Pension team.
Given the conflicting guidance, I would appreciate a clear resolution. Here are the key challenges:
EPS Account Status: My pension fund was not contributed, as the full 12% went towards my PF. Despite this, my Annexure-K incorrectly shows me as an EPS member.
Contradictory Information: The pension helpdesk confirmed via email that I was not a pension member and that my payslips also reflect this status as basic pay was more than 15k.
Request: I need clarity on which department—Pension or PF—should assist in:
Correcting my Annexure-K to reflect the accurate status.
Closing my EPS account, which was mistakenly opened.
Since this issue is preventing me from withdrawing funds and is causing financial distress, I kindly request urgent assistance in resolving this matter. Please guide me on the next steps at the earliest.
