HCL Technologies — EPS is not transferred to the current organization

In UAN portal the details of DOJ EPF, EPS are not updated for the UAN :[protected]
MY HCL UAN number[protected] is changed to[protected].
Multiple emails sent to PFhelpdesk.[protected]@hcl.com and no response from them. I am not able to transfer EPS, i will be attaching the supported documents.
Pleaswe transfer EPS to the new UAN number:[protected]
