HCL Technologies — final pay

Hi. I was a former employee of hcl and my last working day is september 15, 2017 and was told that my final pay will be released after 60 days but didn't get any. I have been emailing our hr but no response received. Where is your employee first customer second??? Is this even acceptable not to receive any single response from you??? I have worked for you and all i ever got are disputes from my salary and even my final pay? Please! Have mercy on your employees!!!
