HCL Technologies — HCL is not releasing my provident fund amount.

First of all there is no hr email id or admin id so we can send email for pf release. Secondly i wrote my first email on jan 14, 2025, 4:02 pm stating that i am sending you my (uan) which is[protected]. They said you need to follow link as you left hcl before 31st march’13. So you need to fill online form due to change in there policy. I tried to fill the or and it shows error
i have attached video below.. I got replied from pinky yadav. Might be there hr team member.
I send them several email but no reply after that, they keep asking me to follow the link and fill the form

today when i am writing this issue to you agai i get error. I need my pf as i am in financial crisis.
