HCL Technologies — HCL separation portal login issue for Ex-employee

Hi,

Im unable to login to HCL separation portal to withdraw/transfer the PF amount. When i tried to reach HCL helpline they asked me to send mail to [protected]@hcl.com and [protected]@hcl.com. Also I send the remainder but i didn't any response from the team. I dont know to whom to contact.

Please help me in this.

Thanks for the quick response.
But I'm unable to see the mail id's you mentioned in the comments i.e., due to some protection enable may be which is showing as [protected]@hcl.com and gopinath.[protected]@hcl.com
So could you help me in sending the mail id's to my mail [protected]@outlook.com so it would be helpful to me.
