HCL Technologies — HCL Tablet problem not resolved after continuous follow up with service centre and customer care since 3 months. | |||
I have purchased one HCL tablet (model no. TAB Y3, serial no. 1113YCC3G2EDT42098) through online medium from homeshop18.com in the month of December 2015. Since beginning, there is a very serious problem regarding charging and sound problem with my tablet. subsequently I deposited my tablet with HCL service center in Bokaro in the month of March 2015 for resolving the problems against the call i d [protected]. but it is very regretful to mention that my tablet issue has not yet been resolved after continuous followup and visit at the service center after passing of 3 months (since March 2015). I have also complained via email to HCL customer care representative.but every time I get a reply that my issue is being resolved. My tablet is still in the one year warranty period. therefore I requested that my HCL tablet may be replaced with a brand new tablet.
