HCL Technologies — IT clearance, Asset transfer, Experience Letter

Complaint on IT clearance post resignation

My last working day with HCL was on 25 Jan 2022.

It has been around a month but I haven`t received IT clearance.

The problem is that IT team is reluctant to take ownership or do their work.

Though we had provided the required service xchange order number from project`s side, they haven`t actioned on it.

Every time they pass work from one person to another.

In my case, To allocate an asset in service xchange below are the events happened.

1. contacted "M. R. Natarajachary" & Balaji Ng for IT clearance.
2. created asset allocation/transfer request(Standard Desktop/Thin Client/Workstation|ORD[protected]ITM[protected] with the help of project ODC manager Rajivinder Singh, since asset is in secured odc a surrender request can not be created.
3. Again contacted M. R. Natarajachary for IT clearance, he asked to contact "Ummadi Lavanya [External]" .
4. "Ummadi Lavanya [External]" asked to contact "Mahendranatha K [External]" .
5. "Mahendranatha K [External]" in return sent an email to "Ummadi Lavanya [External]" to close the order.
6. There were no replies from "Ummadi Lavanya [External]", contacted her via phone and she asked me to contact "Mahendranatha K [External]" again.

Eventually, There are no replies to emails, no progress, no ownership. The IT team members are passing the task from one person to another, it goes in a circle & never ending.
As an ex-employee, I had to follow up with IT team inorder for them to do their own work.

I had never experienced any thing of this sort in IT industry. please help to resolve the same.
