Dear all, My self sadiq having 8.5 years exp in it field got offer in hcl technlogies in bangalore location, date of joining was on 23 rd may 2016 but after 20 days my recuiter has infomred that due to dispencry in form 16 u will not able to join hcl. Can anyone help me regarding this 'if form 16 is in problem i cant do anything because it was provided my previous employer' and one more people from same company has joined in hcl 2 months and they are working and doing well. Can anyone senior will look this issue and solve my problem.
