I'm an ex-employee. Worked twice in hcl. My years of service and pension contribution amount was not credited to the current uan. After so many investigation and follow up with the cheenai office, they said the annex-k form received from the hcl is not having the utr number. Chennai pf office said, they need the annex-k form with the utr number in the annex-k form.
I have send multiple mails to the pfhelpdesk, whistler and the pf incharge person. No response from them. Pls let me know the procedure to get the annex-k form with the utr number from hcl office as requested by the chennai pf office.
