HCL Technologies — pf transfer claim has been rejected multiple time.

Hi hcl pf team,

I submitted my form-13 multiple times to pf team and they need attested copy from ibm and as per the policy this is not mandatory and my current organization is saying this is not required because form-13 is auto generated by epfo office from portal and it having all the details then why this need to sign or attested by current employer.

Kindly help me to transfer my amount to my current organization. And i submitted new request.
