HCL Technologies — PF transfer from HCL to current employer is a nightmare

HI I worked in HCL tech from OCT2014 to OCT2016.

My PF is not yet transferred to my current company or EPFO. As per the instructions I went HCL's off boarding portal and clicked on Provident fund it navigates to FRACTO HR Portal and it is giving error message saying user does not exist.

Also I tried to access my UAN with the help of forget password, I m getting message saying AADHAR is not linked with UAN. I have sent an email to
hcl_pf.[protected]@hcltech.com. but no response yet. also i have attached my aadhar to update as this should be done by the employer alone

please help me to resolve these issues and allow me to transfer my PF amount.
