HCL Technologies — pf/pension status is under process and no updates from hcl pf team

Hi all,

I have submitted the online application for pf withdrawal and sent the required documents for pension withdrawal to hcl office on 1-apr-2019.

The status in hcl portal is showing under process for more than a month.

However, in spite of multiple follow ups neither the amount was released, nor did i hear back from pf helpdesk.

I request you all to take necessary action & release the amount asap. Details are furnished below for your reference -
