I worked in HCL Technologies Ltd., with the employee code 51796287 from the period[protected] to[protected]. My PF account number was GNGGN[protected]
I joined IBM India Ltd. on[protected]. In IBM, the employees' PF is maintained by the EPFO, India. My PF number in IBM is PYKRP[protected].
I requested for the PF transfer twice from the EPFO portal after joining IBM. First transfer form was filled on[protected] and this was rejected. The second was filled on[protected]. This second form status in EPFO portal says it is 'Accepted by field officer'. When I checked the status of the transfer in the PF passbook, the claim is said to be settled on[protected] and the amount settled shows Rs. 0. Screenshot is given below for reference. Neither could not see the amount reflecting in my IBM passbook.
Now that the IBM announced the managed infrastructure services division as a separate organization and it is called Kyndryl, I have been moved to Kyndryl as part of the separation from[protected]. My new PF number is PYBOM[protected]. I could see the amount of PF that was collected as part of IBM salary got transferred to the new Kyndryl PF account. This is only the PF amount related to IBM salary only i.e. PF collected since 17-Jan-2020.
Despite of many mails, there is no response from any of them in HCL. This is literally annoying that more than 5 lakhs of my amount is nowhere.
I really doubt, if the amount was transferred to my IBM PF account?
If that had been transferred to IBM PF account, then it should have been transferred along with my IBM PF to Kyndryl PF account number.
I did not receive any Annexure K (that is said to be provided when the transfer is done from a trust to EPFO or vice-versa). I don't get any proper response for the mail followups with HCL team. I keep getting the auto-reply from K M Kanchan Yadav that is more annoying.
Hoping this complaint will get me some direction to proceed further.
