HCL Technologies — Query about ex-employee PF details not answered

I raised below enquiry to hcltechnologies helpdesk team for pf related to their ex-employees.. but i am not getting any response from them for more than 20 days.. not even the acknowledgement they are providing

Hi Helpdesk Team,

I worked in hcl technologies chennai branch, from 2003 to 2007. I need few information related to my pf / eps account. I am trying to opt for higher contribution for pension in epfo portal, i dont see my service details in hcl present there.

Can you help me in getting my PF / EPS account details ?

Last working day : should be in october 2007

The PF number and pension number mentioned in my payslip is like below.
PF No. : [[protected] Pension No.: [protected]

What is the pension account number in MMID format so that i can add an entry or claim transfer request in the UAN portal ?
