HCL Technologies — Recovery of ampb and epb which was part of CTC component

I would like to start with the timeline of events that happened.

My one month salary was kept on hold when I put down my paper in HCL.
As per the policy, this would have been reimbursed along my full and final payout. In the provisional fnf statement it was mentioned that they will recover the ampb part for the complete year which was part of my salary component.
Surprisingly, one day before my last working day with the organization, I received an email from the FnF team stating that I have to submit 31k to get the reliving letter on time and in this they had added epb amount as an additional recovery. With this HCL recovered close to 91k rupees as part of the entire recovery (ampb & epb).

I don’t think there lies a point in taking back the money which was supposed to be paid out as per the offer letter and it is the amount included in my CTC. This is no rant of demanding any extra amount from the organization, instead I only request to return the amount I received as part of my salary, which was thereafter unethically recovered from me in order to receive the relieving and experience letters.
