HCL Technologies — returned the asset but they still deducted amount

I worked with hcl technologies (Emp. No[protected] and on my last day i have transferred my laptop to one of my colleague and all the clearances has been done. All clearances are showing green in the portal. Now they are saying asset is not returned and they deducted the amount from my full and final settlement, also revealing and experience letter are not yet released. My last day is 24th october 2019.
