HCL Technologies — UAN no. is not created

Hi,
I am Sonam Patel. I am currently working in HCL technologies. Here I am working from 20-OCT-2021 to till now.
In my salary account my UAN no. is not mentioned. I want to update there. So I have a few questions regarding this, Which is mentioned below :
1) How I can open my PF account If it is not open in HCL.
2) If my PF account is not opened yet, where is my pf deduction money going from last year (From Oct-2020 to till now). And how I can get it.

Please help me out with this. If it is possible please set up one to one meeting with me.
