HCL Technologies — Uncooperative Management

HCL Technologies Bserv Sector-59 having India's best process SFDC but handling by worst managers who take revenge from employees working over there, threaten them time to time, use unprofane language with employees and embarrase them infront of other employes and always have incooperative behaviour and shows casteism over there.
As part of that process, at the start of sfdc process almost more than 100 employees have hired and more than 50 left the company due to all that behaviour as mentioned above .
As one of Senior Manager in that process who is having the responsibilty of such a big process gave threatens to me time to time instead of cooperating used bad words many times and as a result I left the company because of my self respect and at my last working day he threatened me that You have to pay for the 2 day leaves which I took because it hurted him that he didnot approved but as a result I served extended notice period along with that he get signed an warning letter to me which makes no sense but to spoil my career and till today I didnot received my Relieving Letter and Experience Letter .
SFDC CRM Operations is having worst managers and even some HR managers are also involved with them . and they make laugh at back .

I am giving some names who needs to be changed on urgent basis for the sake of employees working over there Kaushik Biswas, Gaurav Tyagi, Abhishek Dhawan, Natasha Kalita.

If these complaints works then please take the feedback from the employees on their managers on Private basis so that the people sitting on higher hierarchy can think somethink good for employees.

I know many of them working over there are frustrated but they cant left because company has signed bond of 18 months which should not get signed as per Indian Law but they do .

It's true and even HR head for BServ Debashish Sarkar is also like them. They say employee first and customer second but actually it is Management first, customer second and employee nowhere. They treat employees like slaves.
