Dear madam, This is regarding urgent requirement of my pf slips or pf passbook as i need submit the same at my new place of employment. The details are as under : Provident fund account number:gn/ggn/005572/[protected] Employee id:51445474 Date of joining :15-jan-2013 Date of leaving :09-may-2014 I was trying get my pf passbook and pf slips details via epf portal and hcl my separation portal but there it shows no records found of this member id and no records found respectively. Futher, my UAN KYC needs your approval on EPFO portal.
