I've emi in hdb finance, but they are not intimating me every month. I lost 1200 rs for not intimating me first time. Later i enquired in the hdb finance for the ecs date they said the ecs date since i've got no information about ecs. The cheque return charges acquired by bank. Since i've no idea of ecs when it is. Kindly arrange refund by hdb finance they are not responding for my request.
