Hi team,

I have used hdb finance to bought a new mobile. Due to some shortage in amount on emi date. October month's emi missed on time. Immediately i have cleared my emi within next two days while i have received my first alert notification. But till they haven't checked their database on collection and still calling me again and again in my busy hours and asked that "when are you going to pay your emi?". So, i request hdb finance to take necessary action to avoid reputational damage on your services.
