Dear sir,

This is now a month i had been complaining against my loan issue. My emi has not been deducted through my account since i had visited branch in burari but no resolution has been given to me. Firstly i would like to complain for the executive i. E. Miss. Sarika working in krishna electronics as a employee. She is the one who has done our finance as i had visited so many times to that shop but no one is showing any professionalism towards their work. Irresponsible work from that executive. Secondly it was said that our first emi would be deducted on 2.9.18 but it was not deducted and same again i had visited and called but no one responded to it. So i had done payment through paytm but it was said that we had done payment in advance so for that also no refund has been displayed till today. Thirdly today is 5.10.19 but no emi has been deducted from my account and all this will score down my account. When i had visited branch they had told to pay through paytm. This is all service which is provided by you to your customers and will never recommend anyone to have any finance through hdb financial services.
1. My payment should be refunded as the payment which was done through paytm for the month of september as it was said by your executive miss. Sarika and later on it was informed to us that first emi date is 2.10.19.
2. Strict action should be taken for executive miss. Sarika who is working in burari, sant nagar in krishna electronics. As it is informed to me that she has been transferred from there but she is all responsible for every concern of mine.
3. We are having balance in our account but till than emi is not deducted and whenever we visited and called to her she had given different reasons each and every time.
This is my humble request to have look over my concern and give me the resolution. Here i am attaching the paytm receipt of september month.

I have used hdb finance to bought a new mobile. Due to some shortage in amount on emi date. October month's emi missed on time. Immediately i have cleared my emi within next two days while i have received my first alert notification. But till they haven't checked their database on collection and still calling me again and again in my busy hours and asked that "when are you going to pay your emi?". So, i request hdb...

I have pl from hdb, this loan starts before 2.5 years approx. Every month my ecs is deducted from my saving account. Your andheri office (Nagardas road) peoples are very lazy. Now time is 10.34 am normally office start at this time but i called on [protected]/[protected] numbers from last 20 min but no one pick the call, how can customer get details or any kind of help from you? It this your service. We took loan from you because we think that this is private company at least you will provide a proper service but your andheri office people are careless and no one response properly. When you will call on that number you feel like government office person is talking to you. I want to tell you one more think that i need some topup on my pl and i took from other bank not from you. You know why? Because of your service!!! How can i trust you regarding service? People took loan from you and after they might be got bankrupt but we are paying you from last 2.5 years may be i have only 6-12 month emi is pending and each and every time i paid you on time, but still we are taking followup with you why? You don't have any responsibility to give a good service?

But his joing is not right way of our orgination. She show his degree b. Tech is not complate. His 5, 6 sem is painding. She submit doing her scan documante of another candidate and fill his name.
His branch manger is also involve the joing sonia. He give a money of brive sonia to join the post.
So i will recquest you to plese cheq sonia doc. For collage record. And take a legal acction of sonia & branch manger aganst 420. It is very shame full of your hdb.
So i will recquest you to plese take a action of sonia & branch manger for this 420. And stope his service for immediately efect.
If you are not take anny action we are publish this news in news paper. And it is very shame full you in your organisation

This is inform you that i have taken a refrigerator (Lg 668), from lotus store at hoshangabad road, bhopal. The product was financed by hdb finance. At the the time of purchase the sales representative mr. Ravi from hdb finance had promised a cash back of rs. 5, 000/- after submission 3 emis. As i have submitted 11 emis till date, i have not received any cash back.
In case the dispute is not cleared i will not pay further emis, i am waiting for 7 working days else will instruct my bank for stop payment of coming emis.

Hi team,
I purchased appliances from reliance digital kolkata, which is purchased by the help of hdb finance. I am paying emi for those. But on 9th october when i paid for the appliances, the transaction was failure so tried multiple times, meanwhile the amount got deducted automatically from their side. So, when i checked my bank account balance all the transactions done was successful and every time the money got deducted. But it was not reflecting on loan details online.
So, i contacted the agent, prasenjit, who helped me getting this emi, he told me to wait for few days and see whther the money is getting refunded, after 1 week of follow up nithing happened so he informed there's some system issue is going on for which the paid money is not reflecting neither ther the extra emi amount paid is getting refunded. He asked me for bank statements and account details which i provided, then he asked me to contact his supervisor debashis, he even told there's a system issue and kept on delaying my refund, after 3 weeks they provided me with a refund form for hdb finance where i had some confusion and called them to clear it, till now no response from them about how to fill up the form.
Now i feel hbd finance is a scam and these are the practice the way they pull money from customers.
Please help me receive the money, i am helpless.

I was in need of some money so i thought to apply a personal loan.
Dsa from hdb fs are in abundance near my office building, i met one (Hari mohan) and was offered a personal loan at the roi of 10.5% per annum.
I applied rs. 4l for the tenure of 3years.
I was shocked when i saw the loan amount disbursed. I contacted the dsa, he told me "sir the tenure is 4 years and the emi is of rs.12300". When calculated, i found of that the roi is also of about 13-15%per annum. Which amounts to rs 5.7l.

Kindly help me in rectifying this issue.

Mene july mein hdb se mobile finance krvaya ta, ussi month mre account se 295rs cut ho gye emi k time k aane se pehle hi,,, meri emi 2tarikh ko aati h harr month
Aur abi tak total 8, 9 baar mre account se itna amount cut hota rhta h
Aur abi 21, 22 september ko 4 baar 295rs cut ho chuke hai
Jb bi kuch use k liye amount dilwata hn yeh amount cut kr lte.. Jitne ki emi ni h usse double amount inhone esa hi le liya h

I am deepali and have finance the mobile from this. But someone snatched my phone and i request them to cancel my insurance but refused. So i decided not to pay bcse of finance issues. After few days got the call from call center a person talked with me in such a bad manner. He told that how dare you to give your mobile to someone else and also said that who will pay the emi tera khasam he became so rude so this is not the way to ask the pay the emi. Also he talked so abused to my senior manager plse take action action against him else i will file the fir against that person.

Gitanjali nayak, i have resigned from hdb financial services limited from 09.02.2019, but still my re-leaving letter has not released, several times i have discussed with the merchant manager mr. Amar taldi who was my reporting boss working at hdfc bank jharpada branch, bhubaneswar, but he told me that it will come, wait but still not come, now the manager not respond to my call or massages. It is very difficult to join any organisation without a releaving letter. So kindly release my releaving letter within 5 days

Dear team

I have taken consumer loan a/c -5683639 from hdb financial service ltd. Of around rs. 33000/- for purchase led from "deepak electronics, kichha u. S. Nagar in nov -2018 and it's first installment was due on 04-dec-2018 and i have given cash to shop at the time of disbursal because payment not debited from the acoount automatically after sufficient funds in a/c.
Bombay team call me on 10th march for recovery and told me that due to some technical problems we are not able to debit payment from your obc so please deposit cash to shop where you purchase led and next time it will be debited automatically but these people are not deducting money even after having money in account and we are facing penalty. Even if there is a penalty, i say that the date should be reduced from 4 to 10 of every month, because these people put about 4244 rupees for the penalty, which we do not even know about
I am totally harasshed from hdb finace and so that i do not want to pay any penalty because we did not give any information about it. Penalty charges is too high.
On this month aug 2019 i am late to paying, then they call me daily for payment. So plz make to understand other wise don’t make penalty for some days.

I want a loan from HDB Financial Service and on 5th Sept Company's client came to my office (Polycab India Ltd., Guwahati) and took all required documents whatever they want and said that i am eligible and it will processed. After that on 10th Sept they verified my home address and on 11th Sept they verified my office address too. But today (12th Sept, 2019) they said that my Loan is rejected due to my current salary slip(due to reimbursement details). If it will reject/not eligible then why so much procedure and documents they took, why they took 5-6 days. On 20th Sept, I have marriage function of mine and for that purpose i want this loan. Now in this short time, how can i get loan from other company, why they are playing with our valuable time. I need answer for this. If I am not eligible then clearly they have to say on that day.

Dear HDB team,

I got a call from your center located at 4th Floor, Rajendra Place, Delhi. Your guys offered me loan against Security at 3 percent annual rate of interest in April. The two guys were coordinating my loan application : Vikash Mishra ( Contact No [protected]) and Amit Gupta ( Contact no +[protected]. They asked me to take 2 Policies of 80k (to be paid annually) and promised me to disburse loan in next 10 days.
After some time, the file was handed over to Ashish Sharma (Contact no +[protected] and +[protected]. He said that your Sum assured is lower than required and asked me to purchase 2 policies to increase the sum assured.I purchased two policies.Again, I got a call from your side, he asked me to puchase one more policy since as it wasnt allowed to have a policy more than 1 lac per person for loan purpose. Ashish said that only 2 policies will continue and remaining 3 policies will be cancelled.
He also got my details verified from the number [protected].
He has been saying for last 3 weeks that your application will be processed tomorrow or day after tomorrow all the times.

Amit and Vikas are not taking calls anymore.

Kindly, look into the matter and get my loan processed as soon as possible.It has been 4 months.

My name is sayed younuse, recently i have a taken loan from hdb. Loan number is 6573689. On aug 8, 2019 i made an incorrect payment of rs.16070 to another loan account 6572689 which is not mine. I have complained on the same day and provided complete details like transaction id account number, mode of payment, screenshot everything. I just want to reverse the amount from incorrect loan account.

Your collection department was keep on calling me and i inform the same to them. They are saying they dnt have any connection with the customer care department. Your customer care representatives are big time liar and they said we stopped the call. Again i got a call. Finally i paid cash of rs. 16100.

Its been 33 days now. I have called customer care more than 15 times and dropped a mail to your customer care more than 5 time (No response for email). On 16 aug, on of your supervisor called me and said than the refund has initiated it will reflect within 10 working days.

It should be reflected within aug 31 but no. Again i called customer care, same lie they said. Its been more than 30 days. No refund.

Yesterday i spoke to cx representative manas, he said he will arrange the call back. No one has called me. Manas was saying technical issue and he is unable see da details.

I am not blaming the agents, i am blaming hdb management because you made them to talk like this. Please return my money. Again collection department started to call for this month payment.

If you are not ready to take this responsibility i will post this comple story in fb and let people think about your service.

I am an employee of hdb financial services ltd as operation executive post. My notice period is 3 month but i am unable to serve the notice period of 3 month. Only one month notice is served.
Please proper suggestion notice period is not served 2 month and relieving letter received or not.
Kindly help the proper guidance of shortfall of notice period waiver received or leave adjust.
