Hi Team,
This May month I purchased an AC from Reliance Digital and got the loan through HDB Finance. They said that I am going to get the cashback payment after completion of my loan. in the 1st month of the loan repayment, the customer care called me up & said that the bank has rejected my signature, So I need to send the loan through Phonepe. I asked them several times if there might be any problem in future, & they said "NO". Now they are denying saying that I haven't informed them about this issue before. Please escalate this issue resolve my queries.
