My EMI due date was 2nd of every month, this month i paid my EMI amount of 3662 through cred app on 2nd of this month but still you deducted the amount 04/11/2024 and payment details is not showing in there application. I have payment proof, if required i'll send statement of bank too
Need refund by the end of this day or else add the interest on daily basis.

its been 3days i have been trying to contact them by mail not even a single responce is recived

My name is Priyanka Chaubey. I reside at Indore (M.P.). Never take any loan from this fraudulent and unethical, HDB Financial Services Limited. Otherwise you would regret in future. I had taken a Consumer Loan. I had paid EMI's and closed this loan. Consumer Loan Account Number is 30353580 . Fraud HDB Financial Services Limited, has taken Rs. 472/ from me unauthorizedly and has not refunded this amount, till now . Now HDB Financial Services(HDBFS) is making various false pretexts and not refunded
Rs. 472/ till now. HDBFS does not have any reputation in market . A branch manager of HDBFS, in Indore(M.P.) was abused of his mother and sister and was also beaten by shoes by people. Branch Manager of HDBFS, had unauthorizedly deducted and withdrawn money of people, for his personal use . HDBFS is a thief company and employees of this company are mads, perverted, fools, idiots and insanes and just like stinking garbage. HDB Financial Services is a garbage, thief and totally useless company.

I bring to your kind notice that there has been huge deduction of RS. 48, 163 in a span of 3 days towards ecs bounce charges in icici bank because of HDB Financial, Kindly help me on the refund payment. My financial situation is really bad, because of HDB financial and Icici bank.

My first emi date is 2nd march 2024. When i check through hdb application it has mentioned auto debit. Its not deducted till 12 pm then I have paid my first installment through phone pay 12:56 pm using my loan number. But again my amount got deducted on after 12 pm march 2024. Kindly do the refund which was paid on 2nd march 12:56 pm. Please do check and reply, i tried to contact many times but there is no response from your side. If i dont get response from your side then how will i trust this hdb for future purchases. Kindly do the needful.

But HDB is not providing NOC for same.

I am writing to bring to your attention a matter o[censored]tmost concern regarding the unprofessional behavior exhibited by one of your loan staff members, swaroop kv (mob [protected]) working as hdbfs sales manager at kizhisheri easy store and kondotty easy store malappuram district. The purpose of this letter is to formally register my complaint and seek resolution for the distressing experience I have encountered...On november 14 2023 I interacted with swaroop kv during the loan application process. Unfortunately, the encounter left me deeply dissatisfied This conduct was not only unprofessional but also unacceptable in the context of customer service. I believe in the importance of maintaining a respectful and courteous environment, especially in financial transactions that involve customer trust. The behavior I experienced has not only tarnished my perception of your institution but has also raised concerns about the ethical standards upheld by your staff. I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter to determine the facts surrounding the incident. Additionally, I am seeking appropriate action to be taken to rectify the situation and ensure that such behavior is not repeated with other customers in the future...

I was a loan account service user of Hdb financial services. I took a loan (Loan number:[protected]of amount 150, 000 in year 2018 and full payment was done in 1st month of january 2022. NOC was provided on your app also the repayment schedule. Full payment was done from my side also there was no due left to pay. Then in the month of march 2022, i got a call from bank side saying you have dues left to pay, so i checked and found 5669 pending even after clearing the loan but still i paid the same online because i didn't want to get issues with my cibil score.

Recently i applied for a loan at a bank, checking upon the cibil, i was told that there is settlement on your cibil with Hdb financial services which affected my cibil very badly.
When i contacted the Hdb financial services panipat for the same they told me that i haven't paid 3012 something for my loan account. I asked them for settlement proof, that was not provided also without the consent of customer, how settlement shall be done.
Why would i do a settlement for 3012rs when i paid 228, 187.
I told them that i haven't made any settlement but they kept saying that i did. Neither i was called for the same nor contacted in person. The settlement was done from Hdb itself without my consent or there might be system error. I am contacting you now for this issue because i was not aware of the same before. In actual i haven't made any settlement. I have NOC and repayment schedule downloaded from mail sent from your app.
I request you to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest. Kindly remove the settlement from my cibil report. I shall be highly obliged.
