HDB Financial Services — extra extra charges for no reason

I got a loan in hdb finance few months before.
My first month emi is passed. But next month it's not debited they said there was signature mismatch i said ok and payed via online but then they're charged for it due to late payment. Actually my emi date they said 4th but it's clearing on 2nd.
And they're passing emi cheque 3 times on 25th for no reason but there's a money in the account they debited a 590 as a return charge for 3 times.
I don't know why it's happening.
