I dilip kadu taken loan against property from your pratapnagar, nagpur branch through loan account no. 3999817 in the name of new dk tailors and closed the same. But when i requested to the branch manager to come to sro office to release the charge. The branch manager arrogantly decline to come to sro office and ask me the govt. Gr for release the same. Sir as a indian national if i closed the loan account from your branch then it's my rights to remove your name from my property. How the branch manager can ask me for gr. So i requesting you to kindly instruct your bm to relase your name from my property.

I am mandoori sravan worked in hdb financial services panjagutta hyderabad branch for short period of 3-4 months. I need some amount for my medical emergency so i applied for pf. But it is showing some error. I requested employeer to change my name in uan epf portal, it is done by employeer but it is pending with mumbai branch offfice, please request them to approve my request in epf portal. I had taken loan[protected] for rs. 8 lakh and made payment of all installment till 15 months and applied for balance transfer to another bank. At the time of loan taken it was said that no foreclosure charges will be levied after 3 months but now they have charged me 4.72% prepayment charges.

4.72% of charges deducted are not justifiable and reasonable even when every banker is giving facility of bt at nil charges. This is totally unjustifiable.

Kindly waive the charges levied by 3% to remove the undue hardship.

Hi team,
I purchased appliances from reliance digital kolkata, which is purchased by the help of hdb finance. I am paying emi for those. But on 9th october when i paid for the appliances, the transaction was failure so tried multiple times, meanwhile the amount got deducted automatically from their side. So, when i checked my bank account balance all the transactions done was successful and every time the money got deducted. But it was not reflecting on loan details online.
So, i contacted the agent, prasenjit, who helped me getting this emi, he told me to wait for few days and see whther the money is getting refunded, after 1 week of follow up nithing happened so he informed there's some system issue is going on for which the paid money is not reflecting neither ther the extra emi amount paid is getting refunded. He asked me for bank statements and account details which i provided, then he asked me to contact his supervisor debashis, he even told there's a system issue and kept on delaying my refund, after 3 weeks they provided me with a refund form for hdb finance where i had some confusion and called them to clear it, till now no response from them about how to fill up the form.
Now i feel hbd finance is a scam and these are the practice the way they pull money from customers.
Please help me receive the money, i am helpless.

Hi team,

I have been following up with hdb finance agent for 2 months now not a single emi has been refunded or settled from actual amount. Now when im calling prasenjit who sits at reliance digital at gariahut, kolkata, doesn't pick up my calls. I tried reaching his supervisor debasis as well and he doesn't even receive my calls.
It's been harassing now, though i have provided them my account details, refund form where it clearly mentioned in 10 working days i will receive my refund i have not received it and neither the agents are responding.
I request consumer forum team to please look into it, so that people don't have to suffer like me.

Hi this is regarding loan i have taken from HDB financial services loan A/c no.6855821.
At the time of loan offer agent convinced us with low rate of interest however when I received loan welcome letter it was 21%. I talked to them and they said after completion of 6 month they would change the ROI however they not changed and now i want to close my loan for that they are telling to pay 4.72% extra foreclosure charges which they are claiming free before.

Only one mistake was done by me to sign the agreement in blank on his verbal assurance and later on they filled anything in that.

Please look into this and help to make it easier

I got a loan in hdb finance few months before.
My first month emi is passed. But next month it's not debited they said there was signature mismatch i said ok and payed via online but then they're charged for it due to late payment. Actually my emi date they said 4th but it's clearing on 2nd.
And they're passing emi cheque 3 times on 25th for no reason but there's a money in the account they debited a 590 as a return charge for...

Ma Property is minimum amount of Rs 5cr minimum m teling u
& i required 60 lakh Of loam amount
But They give me 45 lakh
they said we will give u PL (persnal Loan) Of amount 8-10 lakh I said ok
Till Now they are not responding to give me PL its being 2 months
M payng Every month Installments Dere is no benefit to take a loan

If they cant give more than 45 thn they have to tel y should i take loan from them ???

The complete emi is for 10 months starting from the date of 4/10/2019.

On 15/10/2019 i got message from hdb financial services, stating as below.

"dear cus, please note that there are charges of rs.472 outstanding in your loan no.6639172 debiting on date 16th oct 19 ensure funds.
The emi amount is 1625/-"

I had maintained good balance in my bank account.
But still these type of messages will harm our good & healthy relationship..
So kindly sort this problem as soon as possible before the next emi starts...

My name is kailash pingle. I had taken a mortgage loan from hdb financial services on 4th september, 2016. Loan account number - 1655988 with given last emi due date as 4th august, 2026. I have paid all previous installments with no defaulters. I paid the foreclosure amount of rs. 18, 11, 959 on 14th october, 2019. But i was charged loan foreclosure penalty of rs. 41, 554.71 (2.36% on the outstanding principal). Rbi has banned nbfcs from charging loan foreclosure penalty on all loans except business loans. I tried to confront the respective employee, but he wouldn't listen to me at all. He forced me to pay the amount. I request you to kindly look into this matter and refund back the amount that has illegally been extorted from me. Please resolve this asap and do justice to the situation.

I would like to complain against a person whose name is [protected]@gmail.com they are running a fraud personal loan racket under the name of HDB financial . Initially they are asking to buy an insurance like they have asked to buy an Insurance from DHFL after that they are giving the date for disbursement of the loan amount on the disbursement of loan amount they are saying the insurance company is not giving any claim to their company so you have to pay another 20200/=- which will be returned back but they are never disbursing the loan

My name is dhawal malik i took a loan against gold from hdb financial services, db gupta road, karol bagh.

I visited the on on 15th of october 2019 to close my gold loan by paying full amount. But they said due to some official reasons we are not accepting loan closure request and suggested me to come next day i. E 16th october. Today when i visited the branch again they told me that concerned person is not well so he is on leave we can't take closure.

This branch is so irresponsible that if one person is on leave there is no other person behind who can take care of that process.

Why the customer will bear all there reasons. I have already taken 2 days leave from my office and they are telling me to take one more leave. Who's going to bear my 3 days absent from my job.

I have take a personal loan of 2.5 lakhs in last Aug'18. As i am interested to foreclose my loan account, I have approached bank & they have submitted an advice to pay 2.15lakhs without any prepayment charges. But, while submitting the above amount by cheque, as I am transferring my loan to another financial institution, they are forcing me to pay around 10K (4% charges)additionally. Which is Not right in my view....

This is vikas rav registered mobile number is [protected]. One of the lady from hdb department branch uttam nagar called my mother since 10th october 2019. She mentally harrased my mother and me. I told her very clearly that i will pay by 15 october 2019. But in the morning of 15 october 2019. She even abused my family and me. The lady name “ sonia “ and one her colleague abused my family badly. My mother is in depression since that day and today i. E 15 october she even said that “ teri maa mari toh nhi hai na “ and “ tere maa ko toh mai maar doongi “ and moreover she also abused my father. I did not even said a single word to her.
My loan was pending since 1 year because my phone was broken and it was skipped from my mind and they did not even send me any mail neither any letter.

As per the requirement i had submitted all the details with the ones mentioned above, about the tenure of stay at the current residence.

After this they started the process and had raised 2 queries on CIBIL.

After everything is done, today i had called them for the status at that time i got to know that the case was rejected on the basis of not fulfilling the need of tenure of minimum 1 year at the current residence.

If that's the case, why did you not reject at the details level. Why do you need to raise a query on CIBIL. Now as this is done for, the negative impact will be seen on my CIBIL now-on wards.

Every Query and Rejection on CIBIL impacts a lot on CIBIL Score. It takes months to develop a good score and these mistakes from the Financial Services ruins it.

I need to get this resolved by removing the queries and rejections from the CIBIL as this was not the mistake from my side and this was mistake from the HDB that too was to be recognized before the inquiry to CIBIL.

I am an employee of hdb i have submitted my resignation on 22 july 2019 but i'm unable to serve the notice period of 30days because no one is there to look after my 6months baby and i am ready to pay amount and i also send the f and f settlement documents to adfc division (Pay roll department) and i didn't get any reply from you so kindly do needful may id - adfc90796
