HDB Financial Services — False complaint raised with HDBFS | |||
Dear Sir, I Hridesh Kumar Sharma (EC- H08059), existing employee HDBFS, Sir I got a warning letter in July 2019 due to customer denial on applying credit card. But according to warning letter it is applied on feb 2019. As we know that there is a process of tacking confirmation from the client by Dip desk at that time customer did not denied for the same and after so much of gap customer raised the complaint. And as we know that there is also a criteria where is the customer has not applied the card then Dip desk notify this to sales manager but in this case it is not done. And at last I want to inform you that at the time when I received warning letter, I informed to my immediate manager about the same and also took the follow up. But Customer details were not shared with me, so that I could have resolved the customer issue. One concern point is If was a fraud then why company didn't immediately terminated me? Why I was continuously employed till Jan 21? It clearly shows that I was not guilty for the same. And without any discussion with me warning letter has been issued and I am marked as fraud, it's unfair to do so without knowing my side of information. Due to this I am blacklisted to work in HDFC Bank and it spoils my career and I am mentally harassed cause of this decision. Dear Team I have recently interviewed with HDFC Bank. Everything is okay and the process is complete but offer letter not generated due to HDBFS updated fraud remark in my service record. Kindly do the needful from your end.
