I have been following up with hdb financial services for last 6 months and there is a long email chain and no one from hdb is responding now. I have already shared my cibil report and required details asked by hdb fs. I haven't heard anything yet. It has already been proved by hdb that it was a fraud so why my cibil report is still showing the status overdue (Written-off). It is not a settlement, it is a case of fraud so it should not be shown in my cibil report. This is a mental harassment for me. Requesting you to please remove it from my cibil report asap. I was former employee of HDB financial services and my employee code was R34916. I was resigned from 20 March 2019 and I served notice period of 15 days. I get my full and final settlement salary but didn't get my experience letter. Kindly help me to get my experience letter which I urgently required.
