I miss ritu kapoor has been cheated by the delhi based persons bhupendra singh introduced himself as manager of hdb finance-mobile no: [protected] first they called me in the month of june and sold the policy of lic & assured me of loan sum of rupees 2.5 lakhs+15k as commission so the total loan amount what i was promised was 2.5 lakhs against the purchase of policy. I was told that i will have to pay 25k every year for next 10years for the insurance as premium. On maturity after 10years i will get 4 akhs out of which my loan amount of 2.5 lakhs. I was asked to pay of 25 k as first premium in the name of “lic ”which i made a payment. Then i was was told that i will get the insurance paper posted to my home address within a week which i did not got till date. Then i was told by bhupendra singh that i will get my loan via dd in a kit with policy. Then after 1 day day bhupendra singh calls me and tells me that i have to pay 25k more which is required for tax, however he said that amount would be refunded the same day.. Which obviously was not received. I refused him and told him i he asked me to make a payment in name of lic ac no: [protected] ifsc: alla0213001 after making the payment bhupendra told me that i will get the loan amount the very next day. Then he was never in touch i called him but he never picked my call.
I request you to take stringent action against mr bhupendra singh for this scam & refund my money. I cant afford to loose 50k. I hope you as an organization will help me and support me to expose them and will pay back my money. If i don’t get positive result from you. Looking forward for your positive reply.
