My father buy a bike with a help of hdb finance services.. Emi paid regularly till at before covid up to march end.. After covid 19 issues. Government announced up to august 31 emi amount no need to pay mandadary. But in hdb finance services customer daily called to my father and they treated to misbehaving.. Kindly please do the needful action

          Hello sir, hdb loan number 11090746 natch rtn chrg has charged me for late payment due to lockdown in april i cant able to pay emi on time paid my emi 23 day late but for 23days 590rs 590rs ecs rtn chrg because of hdb hitter ecs multipole times and also late payment charges has added in my loan account 471rs its total 1651 rs refund my amount

            My name is rekha. I belong to himachal pradesh. I have done 5 months of work in hdb finance services (July to nov).
            My employee code is (Adfc115646).
            Job office location is mohali sector 70.
            In nov that time, i was terminated due to admit in the hospital. So i could not continue the job. That time i didn't gave resignation for job. But i confirmed all situation with my supervisor. And she put my job status stop. She said that after putting a stop you will not be able to work in this company again.
            After that i tried to join job in other company, but i didn't. Beacuse all compnies said that your uan number is genrate and without resignation letter it is impossible. I request my supervisior, hr that please gave me a stop job letter, any email. But they denied.
            I belong to poor family. And job is very important for me. Five members in my family. My father is a private employe and my two brothers are younger.
            So please i request you if you are solve my problem. I can't find a job yet. If possible please send me a stop job email.

              I have not taken any loan, but a false loan has been registered in my mobile number by the agents of hdb finance, that loan is in the name of another but fraudulently gave the mobile number to me, due to which my civil score is affected. Therefore, my mobile number should be removed and the person who has taken the loan, add his mobile number and reduce his civil, otherwise i will have to take support of the law and have to check with the court, so i have not taken any loan

But i didn't get any acceptance mail still now i want to submit that acceptance letter to another company where i am going to join.                   I am writing today to make a formal. Complaint on a staff member at hdb financial services today, in relation to the staff member telling me to pay money for a printed statement.

                  Secondly i would like to know where my account stands? During the covid period i have been on moratorium scheme, however i have been receiving multiple sms/text messages claiming i am overdue in my account for 8432rs also penalty interest!? Can you're staff not understand the meaning of covid19 monetary scheme?

                  I suggest you train staff correctly, and ensure there is not corruption happening in you're company.

                  Please provide a transaction breakdown of the principle loan, which also includes payments made.

                              This is really inhumane, ridiculous, un-ethical, immoral and shameful act of HDBFSL, as no one superior
                              body is acting in a sensible and understandable manner. As I have been following up with their topmost
                              many superior persons in HDB FIANANCE SERVICE LTD from last three months and as much as 100 emails on record on their
                              portal emails to CUSTOMER SUPPORT as a proof, whom should have the responsibility to regularize the
                              customers grim requests. This is simply a act of omission of customers plea in a fare way.

                              Look this is the bad phase for me along with all the others who are fighting for their life and earnings,
                              whereas the institution like HDBFSL are look like finding their own opportunity to harass the customer
                              and sourcing their income at the cost of spreading panic in customers life.

                              See I have put up all the necessary requests and content of documents for their kind consideration for MORATORIUM grant and their approvals for it and no reversal of EMI till date, but there is great amount irresponsibility in their organization who are not ready accept the laws of RBI.

                              As a loyal customer I have agreed to obey all the eligible laws of MORATORIUM by RBI, but it seems to be impeachment shown by HDB FINANCE SERVICE LTD.

                              Since their officials had assured me to do the needful in reversing the EMI's as per moratorium
                              granted to me and I am eagerly waiting for their reply on that on the one side, but on the other front HDBFSL trying to present the EMI IN MY BANK ACCOUNT, which has even further cause me

                                We are trying to apply for moratorium for june, july and august. But there webite is giving error and mentioning account not found.

                                After speaking to loan agent he informed that hdb is not able to provide moratorium and rejected for all.

                                They are asking to submit vank statement and visit branch to see if they can do.

My loan moratorium request is rejected for the month of july. No specific reason is provided to me. As rbi already requested to extend the moratorium till august. Please reply me as soon as possible.

                                    My request for moratorium got rejected my lost job and i m the only earning person in family where i m unable to fulfill it. There is no income of source that i have. There are deductions happening as well. My dad and grandma covid19 positive and are in icu now in this current scenario i am unable to manage hospital and loan expense together. I want to opt moratorium 2.0 but unable to opt it wrote that. (You are not eligible for emi moratorium). Please find that attachment as well. Dear team please look into the matter and solve it as early as possible. This time scenario it worst for me unable to pay the emi at this time please guide me how to opt moratorium till augest if that problem never solve i will unable to pay emi bounce charges.                                       cheque bouncing and not allowing for moratorium
