HDB Financial Services — I did not received my full and final settlement amount.

Dear Sir/Mam,
I have query regarding my full and final settlement actually i did not received any amount in my bank account from HDB financial. But HR Team sent me full and final settlement copy and whenever i asked to my Team Leader so he denied that you will not get your salary and when i asked for HR contact no. Or Email id then he blocked me i dont know whats the behaviour of HDB's.
I also mailed to HR Team for confirmation but they did not respond and i am receiving one mail on every month in which mentioned that link your pan with aadhar otherwise you will not get your this month salary and as i checked my pan already linked with my aadhar so where's the issue ? Pls contact them and try to find why still i haven't rcvd fnf amt. Bcz they are not replying to me and my Team Leader also not helping me he blocked me so i have some doubt on him.
