Dear sir/Ma'am

Ms. Minnu P Raveendran was holding a loan with account number 13194710. and the previous month (august 2021) it was fully repaid and closed and i received the no objection certificate too. After that i tried for another loan with abhaar card (No.[protected] provided by the HDB Executive but still after successful completion the executive informed me that i'm not eligible for another loan. During the repayment there were no dues or delays. but still i have no access for a new loan. I need to know why I face this issue.

Sir I got a warning letter in July 2019 due to customer denial on applying credit card.
But according to warning letter it is applied on feb 2019.
As we know that there is a process of tacking confirmation from the client by Dip desk at that time customer did not denied for the same and after so much of gap customer raised the complaint.
And as we know that there is also a criteria where is the customer has not applied the card then Dip desk notify this to sales manager but in this case it is not done.

And at last I want to inform you that at the time when I received warning letter, I informed to my immediate manager about the same and also took the follow up. But Customer details were not shared with me, so that I could have resolved the customer issue.
One concern point is If was a fraud then why company didn't immediately terminated me? Why I was continuously employed till Jan 21?
It clearly shows that I was not guilty for the same.
And without any discussion with me warning letter has been issued and I am marked as fraud, it's unfair to do so without knowing my side of information.
Due to this I am blacklisted to work in HDFC Bank and it spoils my career and I am mentally harassed cause of this decision.

Dear Team I have recently interviewed with HDFC Bank. Everything is okay and the process is complete but offer letter not generated due to HDBFS updated fraud remark in my service record.

Kindly do the needful from your end.

But HR Team sent me full and final settlement copy and whenever i asked to my Team Leader so he denied that you will not get your salary and when i asked for HR contact no. Or Email id then he blocked me i dont know whats the behaviour of HDB's.

I am mrs shivpalni mishra a housewife and i went to buy splendor plus self start alloy wheels bs6, the ex showroom price for tha bike was 65975 i purchased the bike from showroom but they made the total amount 81900 in which they forcefully took handling charges which was 1100 which is only applicable when u get the delivery of the bike at home, they gave me the insurrance from two different insurance companies, and then i optrd the option to buy the bike on emi, then took me to hdb financial service representative mr mandeep chauhan, i told him that i am willing to pay 20000 as downpayment and he took my documents and took my sign on many documents for the finance, the left amount was[protected]= 61900, he suggested me to take 3 year plan, i agreed and chose the plan for n rate of interest of 11.99% per annum, he did some random claculation and gave me a slip 2749 written as an monthly emi amount .when i asked him that how the emi got 2749 rs he did not ellaborate and said these are bank rules and i can not axplain furtherand i got a message on my no. that my loan is approved with hdb financial services ltd. with loan no. 16697415, and i was given the bike without any accesorries fixed, and i went back to my home, i checked on hdb on the go app and got shocked as the loan amount was not 61900 it, was 70161 which was paid to the agency, when i objected thus with the showroom manager mr. dinesh they harrassed me by saying that you will loose your 20000 rs of downpayment and the bike also, i have sent e-mail to hdb financial service about this but haven't recieved any reply.kindly help me out of this fraud.as they would have done this to many customers, and keep threatning me of taking the bike if i oppose them

My self varinder gupta and i loan account no. 14156620. I paid all amount to hdb financial services but after that they deduct again installment. Toll free no. [protected] not responding. I am very upset and very bad experience with hdb financial services.

I had taken personal loan from hdb finance for 44000 thousand in 2019 which I was filling in time due to lockdown my work stopped and I could not pay some emi on time which I paid later now today date By 01/08/2021 I have paid 18 emi approx Rs 32328, I went to apply for loan foreclose, then I have to pay 41000 rupees now, it was told from there which is illegitimate, please get rid of them sir. .!

My incentive coming in July has been deducted because of I have only did 5.76 core productivity, as per rules we should target 10 units for incentive.
As I was updated that 1 term loan = 5 units.
So I had taken 2 term loans in the month of May but I only got 1 loan count.
And that's why the second loan didn't count. Because I have done 2nd loan to the employee of HDFC bank who needed urgent financial help. I completed my work on our bank policy norms
In the month of May when I did their loan, we did not even get this notice from HDFC / HDB management that we cannot take loan of HDFC bank employees. This update has been told to us in the month of July 2nd week, that is the fault of our management for this I am not responsible.
So legally I am entitled to my incentives because we do our work but if the bank management will not give us any updated notice on time So how will we know that what plan has been brought by the Higher Bank Authorities?
Even my boss Mr. Virag Sonawane was not updated about this notice, he also got it only in the month of July and then he informed the all team members.
All the fault comes with the management team who give the information, because they are late in giving their information but I cannot lose the incentive of my efforts for their mistake.
I can't give up my incentive in a pandemic like COVID-19 situation.
So please give me the money of my incentive with salary of this month, this is my request.

I have a consumer durable loan with hdb
I payed the last emi on 3/07/2021, I requested NOC from them in reply they sed me a mail stating that I have to pay a balance amt of ₹ 3800.when I logged into my loan account no pending amount is showing . their customer service number is always busy, there is no number to contact the branch in kannur.

My manager pressurised me to leave the job and misbehave me. And He has threaten to hold my salary. I need money because the reason my mother is heart patients and I want to go out of city for treatment of my mother. I request all to help me get my salary I don't need anything

I have received call from one of your executive work in HDB. He called me and speaking rudely and then told me to rudely like you disconnected the call .After that when i try to reach him he is not picking up the call .

Worst behavior - Necessary action needed ..

Note : he asked like you had taken a HDB loan. I told him no after he told me like then you can disconnect the phone . This is not the correct way to speak with customers .
Kindly take necessary action on him .I am not work under him, his rudeness is very worst.
