HDB Financial Services — incorrect emi deduction is not refunded yet after 2 months | |||
Hi team, I purchased appliances from reliance digital kolkata, which is purchased by the help of hdb finance. I am paying emi for those. But on 9th october when i paid for the appliances, the transaction was failure so tried multiple times, meanwhile the amount got deducted automatically from their side. So, when i checked my bank account balance all the transactions done was successful and every time the money got deducted. But it was not reflecting on loan details online. So, i contacted the agent, prasenjit, who helped me getting this emi, he told me to wait for few days and see whther the money is getting refunded, after 1 week of follow up nithing happened so he informed there's some system issue is going on for which the paid money is not reflecting neither ther the extra emi amount paid is getting refunded. He asked me for bank statements and account details which i provided, then he asked me to contact his supervisor debashis, he even told there's a system issue and kept on delaying my refund, after 3 weeks they provided me with a refund form for hdb finance where i had some confusion and called them to clear it, till now no response from them about how to fill up the form. Now i feel hbd finance is a scam and these are the practice the way they pull money from customers. Please help me receive the money, i am helpless.
