Hi team i had applied for hdb personal loan in the month of sept which was approved and then rejected by you guys but the loan shows on my cibil records active because of which other banks keep asking me about hdb loan... Request you to close the application as it was not approved and i never got any loan amount from you guys if this continues i will have to take action against you guys looking for a positive response.
