HDB Financial Services — Personal Loan Despite RBI moratorium extension, HDBFS suddenly thinks I am not eligible. | |||
I got the moratorium for the month of April and May. Requested for the extension of the same. But bank considered me ineligible. 1) They presented ECS/cheque on 4th June, I had no money as I am not getting salary. Cheque/ECS bounced. 2) They sent a sms on 6th morning that again they would present ECS/ Cheque again. It bounced again. I sent them an email, no response. 3) They sent a message again on 10th morning that ECS/ Cheque would be presented again. It bounced again due to insufficient fund. This is impacting my CIBIL score plus costing me bounce charges both ways, through my bank account and by HDBFS. This is a serious issue and needs to be fixed. Was this information helpful? | |||
