HDB Financial Services — personal loan emi charges

Loan number [protected] name babita s chopra contact [protected]. I am having personal loan from hdb and i am regular installment paying person since from last 2 and half years but recently i am facing problem with hdb which is very bad to my experience. I have been applied for emi bounce chargers multiple times. Where as every time the emi amount is there in my account and have always got deducted from my savings account. I want reversal of my deducted amount.
