I had a taken personal loan on HDB vide Loan A/c number 11806596 . Due to some personal commitments i want to foreclose the loan so when i called Mr.Magesh for loan closure he told that i need to give request in any branch for closure so after approval only i can close the loan . So same i go to Poonamallee ( Mangadu ) branch and give request for foreclosure the loan to Mr.Anand . And after 1 week when i called Mr.Anand he told he is shifted to some other branch but also he confirmed the approval is came for my foreclosure . As per his suggestion i go to Mogaipper Chennai branch for closure the loan, but the Mogaipper branch people told me that the approval is not came, and when i check with mr, Anand he ask to to come to Tiruverkadu chennai branch on the same day again i go to the Tiruverkadu branch and given my cheque to close the loan and i get the cheque receipt message acknowledgement also received this was done on 18th June . After following of 3 weeks and roaming whole day on 18th but still the loan is not closed, I received next month EMI message now . This is totally not acceptable . Sorry to tell this Very very poor service in HDB in terms of customer handling . I totally disappointed, my energy and time i wasted for this simple loan closure i never see such a complicity to foreclose the loan. Also there is no proper customer care number or branch contact number to contact directly . PLEASE HELP ME TO CLOSE THE LOAN AND CANCEL THE EMI FOR JULY .
