Hdbfsl bank taking money from my bank account til now after completing the loan amount.loan has been completed on 2021 itself and still now they are taking money.
If I contact also no response please help me

My name is Vimla Rani, I have taken a loan from HDB Financial services Ltd branch Dariyaganj, of 5 lakh. My loan no. is . 12742829. I have taken this loan from one of their agent name Gulista, who ensure me that loan will be provided at 10% interest rate but loan was provided at 18% by the bank. Sir, she is a complete fraud, she gave alternate no of her own to the bank. Firstly my loan requirement is of 4 lac but she clear 5 Lac loan without informing us. When loan cleared we reached to Gulista and told about all of this but she ensure us that their is a mistake and she will be handle all of this. But in year 2022 when the matter not sorted we gone to his supervisor name Kuldeep. He told us that it can't be reversed now and said that he will do whatever he could. Later Gulista came to us that if you pre-payment the loan then only she can settle and waive all of this interest. Now, when we went to the bank on dated 01.07.2022 and told Mr Vishal their executive that we want to clear the loan, he said their will be a extra 4.72% charge for clear loan. Sir, I am a single mother of 3 and this kind of cheating and fraud by the bank killing me from inside. They saying that you have to submit cash 403000/- in your account, then only you can settle your loan. At the starting they said different rates and after give loan at higher rates sir pls recognize my request and take a serious action on these banks. Earlier Gulista said we will not take any extra charge, you have to pay only settle amount. Sir pls take a positive action.

I have resigned HDB Finance on 23/05/2022 and last working day was on 22/06/2022. I have submitted my resignation on paper and gave it to my reporting manager and he already processed but no confirmation from HR.
