HDB Financial Services — personal loan fraud | |||
I just got a new loan sanctioned from hdbfs today with application number 5316103. I was never informed about the loan interest rate and EMI inspite of asking many times as I was doing a BT of my existing loan to hdbf expecting a lower rate but I got text saying money credited to my account and app shows higher interest rates. How can a loan be disbursed without my consent and any information about loan details. I have called and they are passing the buck and have sent emails to higher ranks as well. This is horrible experience and complete fraudulent approval of loan without customers agreement. Was this information helpful? | |||
