HDB Financial Services — pre closure charges

My HDB personal loan account is 3612806

I was communicated that there is 0% pre closure charges on my personal loan but when I went to close the personal loan after 13 months they are leving 4.72 pre closure charges.. I had visited the Goregaon West branch at Topiwala center..

Very surprised to hear this..

I feel cheated by HDB..

Requesting you to wave the preclosure charges..
