I have purchased a new refrigerator on august, 2018 as paid by monthly installments by an agent paid at home.. The first month was gone well.. Agent was at time and paid on time. From 2nd month, agent was careless so that he came carelessly whenever i called.. As it was going there are no alerts of fine about paying but last month and this month they have deducted 118/- directly from my account without my permission and any message alerts.....

I have received my full and final settlement amount however not received gratuity amount in that. According to my tennure with hdb of 6years i should be getting gratuity amount since i was working with hdb from

I visited the branch of destination center (Branch code:- 0486). And there was a employee of hdb financial services and her name is pooja bhosale. Very rude and misbehavior talking with me while updation of aadhar. And also for aadhar updation she updated my wrong details as a revenge. This behavior is not expected. Please take a strict action against her....

My personal loan no. With hdb is 6681406. I had applied for 4 years repayment tenure whereas mr. Inderpal (Reports into mr. Ajay razdan) had made the tenure of 5 years without my consent. Which is completely unethical. And i do not accept it.

I have not taken any loan from hbd then why i am receiving the message for paying the emi of rs :- 8147 due on 4 mar pl loan no :- 4745560. There is mistake of contact number details in your records. This loan emi payment belongs to some other person. I will not it anyway as i have not taken the loan claimed by you as per your records is taken by me....
