HDB Financial Services — Relieving letter & not received my 2 month of salary

Dear sir/Ma’m,
I was employee of hdb financial service plat ltd, I was working as supervisor, I alter informed to the management that I will not be able to come for 15th days as I m going out of country, and I was kept benign saying Before 4 month of travelling as I provided them entire document of my travelling .. as they said 15th days leave is not possible so I put resignations than after they said rework your resignation and ask to your manager. For leave so I put a mail for rework of my resignation than after they said we can’t rework your resignation as we alter hire a person behalf of you they totally make me in trouble I serve my 3 month of notice period and just for a 2 days they abscond me and denying to giving me 2 month of salary and relief letter after requesting, I have all documents and mails that they didn’t not confirm any leaves on mail, and with the same situation accrue Verdot the month with another employee and they allowed this employee in ofc they didn’t abscond her/him, , company relies have to be same for each n every employee, , they are doing partiality and I have many plz help me out plz give me my two month of salary and reliving letter, , hr is not supportive, as hr mail me on 13th that come back to ofc but it is not possible coz I already inform to organisational that I will be not be available on 13th as my flight was on 16th and commuted to hr that will be available on 17th oct and as per I communication with hr I was in ofc on 17th oct but they denied and completely abuse me and said nothing can possible tak. About your self only don’t involve other employees as I just want to say that rules has to be save for each n every employee plz help me out for that shivangini Parmar hf080975
