I worked for 5.5 years for Hdb financial services Ltd, but I resigned on 13 may 2022 but till yet I didn't get my relieving letter and they guys didn't give me proper time and not giving me my relieving letter pls helf me.

My Designation was Sales Executive in Credit Card. I was working from 27th December 2021 to 2nd September 2022. My name is ankur, I have a consumer durable loan from hdb loan no[protected], some days back I visited to hdb office situated near bus stand karnal. The behaviour of the staff was very bad, inspite of solving my doubts they start arguing with me and after that they started abusing me, I noticed that one more person was also treated in the same way, I m of the view that company doesn't want the customers . A strict action should be taken against the staff so as to save company reputation, if a strict action will not b taken against the culprits then I have no other option except to go for legal way.

but sivakasi hdb sales team staff...again & again call me .. WhatsApp message me... I am very confuse... gold loan is compulsory...very pressure...but this rules not inform me, this type of rules I'm not interested & not apply, i already infrom Sivakasi hdb sales staff...

I have a consumer durable loan on the name of pooja garg m- [protected], I have a debit of rs 300 then 500 then 200 and so on, my husband went to hdb office bus stand karnal branch to cross check and to take hdb stamped statement which was demanded by my bank officials but office staff refused to gave stamped statement, my husband explained the problem to them but they treated me him a very bad manner and he went there with the dealer moonlight electronic from where I purchased the product but they treated the dealer also in a very bad way as if he is a culprit, I m of the view that ur staff doesn't know how to talk with customers and dealers they also abuse to my husband and also to dealer . I think this is my right to get a stamped statement. Now I m going to take this to social media and also to the consumer court . In my view company intentions r clear, that customer should regret for taking loan.

And I received the resignation acceptance mail confirming the same details. After that I joined another company on 4th of July 2022 and its delayed to submit my relieving letter with the current organisation. So they are holding my salary for this month and I request you to kindly issue my relieving letter as soon as possible. And it's not a problem if you cannot issue my F&F at the earliest, but try to issue the reliving letter with an immediate action.

I accepted that, but I only received the salary for 31 days in July and didn't received the salary for 31 days in August. However please check it and confirm the correct payable amount, I will surely paybank.

I am attaching the July, August, September and October month HDFC BANK account statement details for your reference... Kindly go through the HDFC BANK account statement and do the needful.

It's been urgent ... I didnt get the salary for previous month...in with 20th day of this month I want to submit my relieving letter ... Or otherwise I didn't get this month salary also... So please help me to solve this problem and help me to get my relieving letter.

I have taken a phone on HDB Finance Services.
It was a digital product loan.
It was 20, 727 amount financed.

I'm a student. When I pay on time why these company deducting my money without any information.
I have sent them mail 2 days ago tried to contact them mailing them since but no response from them.
Without resolving my issue they deducted my money once again.

* Rs. 2683 which I have to pay every month. Money did not debited from my account. I deposited 2700 in my account on 1st October at 3:00AM.

* 12 October unnecessary there was a deduction of Rs 295. Mandate fail charge.

*15 October unnecessary money deducted from my account without any information.

I paid my loan amount 2683 through Paytm when the money was not debited.

Please check it and do the needful. Please don't charge unnecessary when I'm calling service centre no one picks up the call.
I want my refund back because I did not break any of your guidelines you can't charge me unnecessarily. Please reply as soon as possible.
