My name is Ajay Kumar S/o Mohinder Pal r/o 518 street no.1, Ram Payari Gali rattan singh chowk Amritsar ( Punjab). I am running a computer Education Centre. I want to inform you that. My loan is running under the

Second Floor, Central Above Khurana Jewellery House, Mall, Mall Road, Amritsar, Punjab

I have been paying for the last three years their installment regularly without missing any month. But as you know about COVID 19. The government does not grant as to open any education department and in my education Centre mostly students do not have a personal computer. So I am unable to teach them. I am not earning anything Last three Months. So I am unable to pay my Instalment. I have my medical insurance also under HDFC ERGO and policy reference no.[protected]. They have already debited my June month installment without informing me. I have talked to Branch Manager Mr. Rakesh But he does not talk properly. When I said about RRB rule. He did not agree with my view. It is putting me pressure to pay the instalment. I have applied to the HDB site. But the request declined. I am very stressed about my loan installment. It made my mind very stressed. Please help me. I need Time. I am waiting for the opening Lockdown. I am ready for paying interest which I have missed my installment’s month. But I am Requesting you Please Postpone my installment. I hope you will help me as soon as possible.

These days are very hard to face for me. I hope you will help me as soon as possible.

Note: I have been mentioned this matter before 27 June 2020 to the Bank manager. I have already submitted my application manually in the bank. But no one listening to me properly. But this type of delay in time will affect my bank record bad.
