HDB Financial Services — unauthorized charges, unethical behaviour, poor management

This is my first email, till now i didnt get response from their support email.

I took more loans in my life, but, i feel very bad in this hdbfs loan. From till date i am facing many issues and not getting any proper response from your end. Other than that i am getting unwanted call from your collection department and unnecessarily collection guys came to my home two times. I am paying my emi amount every month on time. But, few months i paid late because of you guys called me and wait to auto-mandate ecs and also requested with me that if it not auto debit then you can pay. But, continuously i was received some unwanted charges sms. I checked with your branch employees, collection guys, both are told the same and just pay your emi amount only. And also they accept the ecs issue was bank side and we will send mail to head office and get waiver of the charges amount.

I called to customer care and they said you can directly pay to your hdb account using loan account number and ifsc code. So, i followed the same. But, still i got call from your end like your emi is not cleared. And most of the time i shared my emi paid reference number with screenshots to your collection team employees and your branch employees too. But, still i am getting unnecessary charges messages.

And another issue i met on december month emi, i paid my 2019 december month emi on 6th as usual via my netbanking direct pay. But, i got a message insufficient fund bounce. It seems you guys worked something your side and fixed ecs issue after long time, but, nobody was informed me. So, i had paid bounce charges to my salary account and also i got additional bounce charge from your end too. I dont know whats happening in hdbfs greams road branch and how you guys are managing customers. I am really worried with greams road chennai branch. I dont know how other branches are working.

From december month onward my auto ecs worked and my emi are cleared via ecs only. But, again i got another big issue on this month (March 2020), auto ecs cleared on 9th march, but, again another emi amount debited on12th march. I have attached the payment screenshot.

I have no words to say. But, till date nothing is my fault. Please review my hdbfs - loan - 4768098 account history and do the needful and waiver my charges. I am really stressed with hdbfs loan and your branch service. Try to sort out my issue asap

Hi my dear great customer service hdbs department,

Still i didn't get any response for my issues and my email. I dont know what to say, did you guys run a big limited company like this???

Previous month (12march2020) you guys deducted my emi twice, and you guys playing with my money called charges/debits.

And your mobile app also not working. When i try to check my transaction history, its close always. Check the attachment.
And i tried to check on you whatsapp support, i entered my loan account number, but, it showing invalid loan number. Check attachment.
And i tried to your web #ask priya chat option, it is also showing my loan number is invalid. Check the two attachments.
And i tried to get contact number and googled of the greams road branch, but, your poor organization doesn't have that too and checked your reviews and analyzed most of the guys are facing similar issue. Check attachment.
And previously i tried to talk with your customer care guys, they simply told that we dont have any power sir, you have to check with your branch. Then why this customer support is working.

I dont know you guy running company or just cheating customers with these kind of poor services.

The points is,
* from the beginning all are your fault and you putting charges, you have to waiver it.
* i paid unwanted bounce charges to my salary account bank too. And you guys also put bounce charges. You have to pay that.
* without my approval you guys took twice emi amount and till now i didnt get any response are reason for that money from your side. I need that money with interest.

Still i didn't get any response from the HDB finacial services. i paid all my EMI on each months, but, when i check my cibil score it showing missed seven emi and my cibil score went negative.

HDB Financial Services company is big cheater and they didnt have any capacity to run this kind of banking sector.
