I took more loans in my life, but, i feel very bad in this hdbfs loan. From till date i am facing many issues and not getting any proper response from your end. Other than that i am getting unwanted call from your collection department and unnecessarily collection guys came to my home...

Due to RBI GUIDELINES FINANCIAL COMPANY R Not Maintain The guidelines
MY SELF SUNIL MAKHIJA I Have a Loan in HDB FINANCE SERVICE I also E-mailed due to EMI Moratorium. DATE 30 MARCH 17.36 & ITS DATE OF EMI IS 4 th of EVERY MONTHS. I HAVE NO MONEY SO I YAKE A LOAN MY FRIEND BUT TODAY 9 th APRIL DEDUCT EMI.
SO WHAT ACTION TAKE FINANCIAL COMPANY/SERVICES TO RBI GUIDELINES.
PLEASE LOO AT THE MATTER & DO NEEDFUL ACTION OF HDB FINANCIAL SERVICE.

Dear sir

I have taken some loans from the app available on the play store, which are based on the aadhar card and my pan card, i am being harassed in the mean by calling these companies, the interest of these companies is also very, due to this, dhananjay asthana son vinod narayan asthana is also being forced to commit self-immolation.
Some of the names of the apps of the companies are as follows-
1- ab cash
2- credit zy
3- go cash
4- more rupee
5- cash bean

All the above companies are calling me and asking for their money while their interest is unimaginable and all my mobile numbers are being stolen by their app. Sir, these people do not know the full name of the company, in addition to a pc finance, but thousands of people are committing suicide by taking loans from them, if you want, you can also watch videos on youtube. I have also been stolen and now i am being insulted by calling people who are relatives' numbers in my contact. These give different details on google play store. There are some other things to do about your company. I have switched off my phone due to fear, please save my life pleaseyou can only contact me on my email. I have no way...

I gave my written resignation which was accepted on 10th January 2020 as per the company rules and submitted my office belongings. It has been more than 60 working days but i didn't get any relieving letter. The HR said that my sales manager has marked me as absconding. So i have to suffer for no fault of mine. I have also sent no of mails to Mumbai and my sales manager but there is no feedback. Please help me.

I have taken a home theatre last year. Hdb finance employee said to get the emi in our finance so that you will get the cashback. After one year completed i have taken washing machine in same finance at that i asked for the cashback of my home theatre they said the amount will be credited to your account next month but its been 6mon i didnt recieve cash. I am dr. G. K. Viju (Contact no. [protected]). I availed an asus laptop from qrs on 27.12.2019 by making the down payment of rs.9648.00. The loan tenure is for 10 months. First month emi taken on 03.02.2020, but this month until now the emi is not yet taken? What's the reason for that. Is there any issues with the bank? I am unable to open the hdb fin serv app in my mobile. So pls look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest.

Sir mere account main sufficient fund tha 02/02/2020 main 4 bje but emi deduct ni huyi but next day emi fail charge deduct kr liye kiu and avi tak emi deduct ni ki gyi jbki mere account main emi date pr account main sufficient fund tha and muje date 02/02/2020 ko inform bhi ni kiya kya muje yaad hi ni raha agr mere account main sufficient fund ni tha to muje informed to krna chaea tha na agr esse pahile meri ek bhi emi miss huyi ho to apka insufficient fund ka blem lgana theek h agr eska solutions ni h to ye meri taraf se last emi h thanks you

Hi, i bought a mobile phone using hdb emi with loan no 8345704, in july 2019,
Untill january there is no pending in payments (Not all time paid on due date but paid later with fine). For february payments your representatives had call me & i said them pay coming days like that, but today morning someone called me & asking payment i said cash is not ready yet, then she is talking rudely then i disconnect the phone, again & again she & other staffs called me talking too much, show me what they can do like that, they block my cell phone. My current financial problems are my personel issues, if i didnt pay on time you can charge late payment charges but behave like this is not good.
And one more thing in first months all my payements got bounced due to sign mismatch then i contact my bank they said its fault from your side & contact your branch, for that 2 or 3 months i paid the check bouncing charges without any complaints for the mismatch issues. So i need clarification in above issue

Hii, myself pralhad kotian. I have left the job from hdb financial services on 7th dec 2019. I have get the original resignation letter on my personal email id but when i go the epfo login portal i was unable to withdraw pf amount as there is no option still showing on that portal.

Kindly advice and try to resolve asap.
Need your immediate response.

Sir i have taken a loan against my house property from hdb financial services under loan account no 780761 for 2, 65, 00, 000 on 20/10/2014 on a floating rate basis. The loan was initially requested in personal name. The bank representatives asked us to bring in my partnership company as a co guarantor as my income statement was insufficient to meet the repayment requirements.
Thereafter, it has been 4 years and we have been paying the emi dues diligently. Recently we have generated our funds to repay the loan and short close the lap account.
We have requested hdb to reverse the foreclosure charges of 2.36% as per the rbi circular dbod. Dir. Bc. No. 110/13.03.00/2013-14
They have flatly refused without giving any reason or justification. They have replied saying that our request cannot be considered favourably.
Kindly advice what should be our next course of action
