I am kumar from hyd 5/09/2017 dated evening 8:20pm to 8:30 pm i will adding money from my sbi credit card to payzap wallet but not add the money my wallet and bebit the money from card and again next transaction same repeat total 2000 rs lose my card that day and, 8/09/2017 evg 7:28pm 1000 rs adding from hdfc credit card to payzap wallet same situation repeat total 3000 rs i will lose so plz let help.

    I have gone to an atm in shipra plaza, indirapuram to withdraw my cash on 10 sept 2017 but not able to get my debit card back as the atm card was stuck in the atm machine, nor get the money, my account no is [protected], on calling the customer care i come to know that i have to pay the 230 rs for the applying new card. On doing enquiry of that atm, i came to know that many atm cards were also struck previously in that atmmachine. So i want to ask a question to the bank authorities that what is the fault of customer if your atm machine is not working. Why i should bear the loss.
    I think in this conditions the bank should not charged a fees of 230 from me

    Sir I have visited my home branch rengali then I have consult branch all stap. And I have deposited my all documents but he refused and told deposited minimum rs 500 but I wold not able to give but I am able to deposit rs 100but he refused. Then what shall I do. Kill active my account as soon as possible.
    On 30 august, rs 177 had deducted from my hdfc account number [protected] . When i checked the deduction why its happening than this detail is showing there — "hdfc bank — 3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC GST 100817-MIR[protected]. I don't know about this deduction? Why this deduction happen without my knowledge how would they can do?
    I tried to add 5000 rs to my PAYZAPP wallet from my HDFC credit card on 05/09/2017. But the money didn't get added to my PAYZAPP account, even though it was debited from my Credit Card

    Tried calling/mailing customer care with no response

    Please check and help with resolving the issue at the earliest.

      Hello HDFC Personal loan redressal Dept.

      I am raising this compliant with you as I have been mentally and emotionally harassed and tortured by HDFC Personal Loan Collection agent ( Mob Number – [protected])
      This incident has been happening now for continuous months, whenever the loan applicant Bhavna T misses/Delays her EMI, collection agent calls me for the follow up claiming I am the reference given

      However to clarify which I have already communicated several time, I never GAVE MY CONSENT IN WRITTEN OR SIGNED any document, we use to work in the same team 3 years back in same company hence my details were on portal visible to team.
      Still I have been trying to Co-operate with HDFC Collection agents whenever they call me I try to call her msg here but she never return the calls or msgs, however this months this has gone beyond my patience level Collection did not only called me and threatened but called me with fake number as my address which was given by her was old (they went their told the society people I have defaulted the EMI) also this number of the given agent did a fake call said speed post and need new address

      Once he received this he came to my society where I live with my family and kept telling everyone about me being defaulter. on one hand I was thinking to Co-Operate as a responsible citizen, however the way he came and spoke to us threatened us after all this threatens me, you arrange her address I DON’T CARE I will come to your office on Monday then I will see what else to do, please see I have a bed ridden father to take care and 4 month pregnant wife, who cant take this kid of torture at all

      Kindly deactivate my number as any reference given for this case as I am neither any relative nor friend also I am totally unaware where she is as we no longer work in the same team
      I hope no one call me or my family or VISIT us to threaten, as advised over Phone banking by the Customer care Officer I am writing this email Complaint, KINDLY Deactivate my number as any reference and take strict action against the agent if we get threatened again

        Hi, i have requested to send 3000 rs of money to my hdfc bank account from my payzap wallet on[protected]Monday) here the problem is my money got deducted from my payzap wallet but it didn't got credited to my bank account. I have complained the same through the email i got the reply saying the money gets refunded within 5 working days but now today it's 7th day still my money didn't got refunded. I have called so many times to the customer care but it was too worst that every time it says call waiting. Please tell me some solution to this to get my money refunded. Thank you. Please.

          Very poor service and commitment of HDFC BANK, i have pre approved loan, as per bank employee commitment it should be in 4 hours, its almost a week i din't got any update about my file,

          worst service. for speaking to customer care officer, need press 10 of buttons after listening all stories, at the end, once you are about to handover to the Customer service executive, phone will be disconnected. Same thing happened to me 3 times today itself.
          I made a transaction of rs 3000/- dated 01-sep-2017 11.17 am from my credit card to payzapp account, it got deducted from card but not credited to payzapp account.sent mail and tried to contact customer care but unable to reach.

I have a hdfc salary account and also a hdfc credit card, and i have also a icici bank credit card and sbi card and also a bajaj finserve card all dues are cleared and also a 781 cibil score, i have to applied a many times personal loan but u have to cancel that on ric issues. I have to submit a all documents and pay slip also please resolve this ric issues asap.

            I made transaction of 500 500 2times to transfer 500 Rs to my savings account but transaction failed 2 times also that 1000 balance is not showing in my PAYZAPP account balance no reply from customers care mailed and contacted in Google + stil no response. Both transaction total 1000 as to be reversed to my account stil no response from PAYZAPP

                I had applied for credit card which i haven't received so far. Its been 2 months but branch hasn't done anything about it. Bank seems least bother about it... They have registered my issue but couldn't fix it. However i wasn't interested in making credit card but they insisted me to make one. Now its showing limit in my net banking but there is no use without credit card

I have not any interest in one assist relationship member. With out my consent how can it be possible to deduct my my money. It's just disgusting. Please refund my money.                     I have not received the maturity proceeds under policy. All the documents were submitted and premia were also paid. I have submitted the documents on whatsapp and also mailed them @ service. But no service i am getting. There is no interest to the company in paying me my amount. Please llok into the issue and pay me my rightful amount at the earliest.

                      On 9th sep 2017 an amoiunt of 5000/- debited from my icici credit card no 0876. I called customer care of payzapp they are not responding. Now i have mailed them but got no replies. Already 8 days gone i am helpless, i will also havr to pauy the credit card bill. So if rearly refund is done that amount will be deducted.                         When i told him that we are not on good terms with them he started abusing me... And almost raped me verbally. How anyone can call me without my permission and verification, how they can say that i am guarantee of any one. He even threatened to kill me. Kindly check the call details.                                 On 6 sep 2017 i uploaded rs.7115 to my payzapp wallet from my sbi credit card. The transaction got failed but money debited by my credit card. Please resolve my problem. I tried to contact customer are number but it was busy all time. I also emailed about this issue at [protected]@payzapp.in.in reply i was informed that this will be soleved with in 5 days but nothing information i got till date. Very bad experience from hdfc poor customer service

                                    This is about how hdfc credit card department cheats its customers.
                                    First i was contacted by their representatives for credit card and started telling me about the benefits of the card. When i asked them

                                    What was the name if the card because i wanted to cross verify the information on the bank website. They told that it was custom card

                                    Specifically tailored for corporate employees so that card will not be shown on the website.in the entire process no body told me what

                                    Would be the card.

                                    I agreed and told them that once i get the card, then i will cross verify all the benefits with their customer care. They agreed stating

                                    They cannot make false claims as the call was being recorded.

                                    After i got the card which was hdfc regalia i called their customer care to cross verify the information and to my astonishment all the

                                    Benefits told earlier were false

                                    Below is what they told earlier versus what is the truth for hdfc regalia credit card

                                    1. Life time free card. Truth is it has annual fees of rs 2500/- on their website
                                    2. 0% fuel surcharge on all petrol pumps - truth is that only 1% fuel surcharge is waived off and that too if the amount is more than rs

                                    400
                                    3. 5% discount on groceries or dining - truth is no discount on groceries but 5% on dining
                                    4. 4 reward points for rs 150 spent and each reward point will have value of 1 rs. Truth is that 1rp is only 50 paise.

                                    I have checked reviews of this card is it seems that a lot of people are fooled.

                                    From now on i will only use the card which can give me the benefits in black and white from their official id.

                                    This is cheating and fraud just to sell their product. And i am going to post this everywhere to make people aware of such malpractices.

                                    I do not expect HDFC to provide same benefits as they promised while selling me the card. unless you provide same benefits, there is not point in discussion. This is fraud and people should know how bank's representatives cheat with false promises just to sell

                                      Am ashwin form tn. On may 2017 i made an transaction in one shop for rs.997 using pos of canara bank with my hdfc debit card. Money was debited successfully. Later on july hdfc bank was again charged the rs.997 informing that amount was not debited from account. I provided all the proof even from canra bank i enquired and got the proof that money was credited to them on may month itself. But hdfc people denying to give the amount. Now september from 5 month hdfc were telling some stories.

                                      One of the worst and fraud service bank in india is hdfc.

                                        Dear sir/madam
                                        My credit card no. Is ([protected]) for last two month i am paying late fees/finance charge because i could not make payment on time.in september month statement you have charged rs. 11, 611.25 (Eleven thousand six hundred eleven & twenty five paise) as finance charges. Although i had deposited the cheque rs.200000/- (Two lac) on 31st august and it’s clear on 4.9.17 as per bank statement, in the meantime credit card statement is ready that’s why amt. 200000/- is not showing in the statement. Due to short term money problem i could not make payment on time, i request you to revers finance charge rs.11611.25 on september month statement, keeping in mind our long and healthy relation.
                                        Hope you will consider my request in october month statement. I’ll be thankful to you.
