Hello team,

My name is rajesh, i'm suffering lot of credit card payment issue from hdfc bank pune. My credit limit was exceeded. I want to clear this amount. So i have called to hdfc bank customer care and request to convert my outstanding amount into emi/settlement option. They have informed me, you can clear your minimum outstanding amount after that your outstanding will be converted in emi. As per there information, i have paid minimum outstanding amount. But remaining amount is converted in to the emi. I have received extra penalty charges with double due charges. Again i have called to customer care and given the all details. Again they told me, the same things. Again i have done same process. Again next month i have received double charges. I was shocked and call to customer care, filed a complaint for cheating and wrong commitment from bank. I also informed to payment collection team regarding this issue. But this guys are not good one, they are harassing everyday and there tone is very rubbish & rude behavior with customer.
I have stop payment due to this issue. I need to punish this ridiculous bank service. They are doing fool to all customer and applied unnecessary charges to the customer.

Last Monday I have transferred 4000 from credit card to payzapp still now I not get that money in Payzapp wallet please refund it soon it's very urgent how long I trying to call ur customer care no it's fully busyy What service u providing please check and revert it as soon as possible.
Mostly every week Deduct some amount from my account without my knowledge so am not satisfied with the service
Sir, I prasun Kumar Mishra first time credit card use, Ir used your credit limit and wants it to convert in EMI but whatever your contact number given on Internet was not reachable.     In morning at around 5:46 am at date 10/09/2016 i had done two transaction of rs.5000 from kotak credit card to payzapp wallet, all worked fine and amount credited to payzapp wallet 5000 +5000 total 10000 but when i was transferring the amount from payzaap wallet to kotak my saving account the amount of 5000 & 5000 the transaction got failed after few minutes the status got success.     There was a technical glitch which was being identified and it has been fixed. Due to this issue customers were not able to load money and transfer the money. The issue has been resolved from our end. The failed transactions will be refunded to customers in source card within 5 working days time.

I understand the problem it was technical issue almost 9 days completed when can i accept my money, it is too annoying or else i need to lodge a F.I.R in police station against this matter .. how could such careless payzapp team and hdfc cant understand customera situation . It is not about 10 or 20 rs it about 10, 000 .. i need asap resolution..

      Dear sir, i am akash laddha and have a demat account with hdfc securities and my daily transaction is about 1-1.5 lakh. Currently i paid brokerage of 50 paise and 3 paise. So i request you to please reduce my brokerage rate with 30 paise and 3 paise. Otherwise i have to switch over with other securities because brokerage and depository charges of your company are very high.

        I tried adding 5000 to my payzapp wallet on 4th september, 2017. Amount got deducted from my credit card but amount was not credited to the wallet. Later i checked with customer care team they told it would be refunded in 5 working days but it didn't happen. Later i called customer care again they informed that they have already transferred the amount and asked to contact citibank. I contacted citibank, they informed that they are not able to find any information. What happened to my money, did 5k vanish into air?

          Please note that i applied for hdfc credit card and got reference no : [protected]s3. I got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification. Today got checked in hdfc link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows. Application reference number [protected]s3 status disapproved who called us for credit card and we never gone to hdfc for the same. Sravani, executive called and we given all papers and verification also done positively. I called customer care and they are not giving any reason for rejection. As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Hdfc bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear and i got home loan too on same address. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against hdfc. I never had any credit card or liabilities from any bank in the past. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court. Regards suresh [protected]. Please suggest me what is next process. And where exactly my application got disapproved.             Today so pls return this amount

            We have load the money 5000 dt.14/9/2017 & time 8.14 am from mob. Number [protected] from citi bank credit card & received in my pazapp & the money is transfer 5000 rs.in my account -[protected], ifsc code hdfc0000930 & transaction failed but deducted from my wallet.
            But did not my money back my wallet i tried to email [protected]@payzapp.in but just got the system generated mail but no human inervation. I tried to calling continuous customer but it is not responding & 24 hours continuous busy.

                    I would like to inform you that one of a hdfc life agent call to me and he (Umesh kumar contact no. [protected]) offers me the insurance policy if i take a insurance policy they will give me 25% cash back amount after the three months of the policy but they have not given me a single penny of 25% of cash back amount
                    And i have called to that agent for solving my problem but they are not listening to me or they abused with me.

                      credit card not delivered

                      It has been over 2 weeks that i didn't receive my credit card. After reportedly calling the bank to arrange for its delivery the bank continued to neglect my plea saying that they are yet hear from the courier service. I have checked with blue dart and they have informed me that it is the responsibility of the bank to get the card delivered.
                      Yet the bank has not taken any step....

                      The amount has not been claimed by the acquiring bank. In case the acquiring bank does not claim the transaction amount by the 16th day from the date of transaction, the amount will be re-credited to your account.

                      If you have a void slip, please fax it on[protected] with Auto ID reference numbers 1397974, 1397983 and 1397987.

                      In case, you do not find any credit to your account after the above-mentioned time frame, we request you to arrange for an e-mail or letter proof that you attempted to resolve the dispute with merchant and share it at [protected]@hdfcbank.com.

                        Do not trust any hdfc representative. Take whatever they promise on letterhead with signature or customer is wrong, that is hdfc policy. If any representative speaks lies to sell the policy still no action will be taken up by hdfc as long as they are making money. A customer is expected to read the policy cross confirm everything in policy else he will lose his money and he himself is to blame.
                        I was sold hdfc sanchay policy where i was assured certain amount of return after three years by reprenstative of hdfc life in presence of hdfc bank rm. After three years when i went to surrender the policy i was told i would get less than half the amount of premium paid. The onus is on me to have understood the policy, to know how traditional policy works, and my biggest mistake is i trusted hdfc representative for which i have to pay penalty.in any hdfc sanchay plan if you surrender before your pay term, you lose money and get less amount then the premiums you have paid. Eg if you are paying premium of rs 50, 000 per year and pay for three years and want to surrender, after paying premium of 1, 50, 000 you will get hardly rs 61, 000. Rest is gone. Even after 9 years of premium paying you get less amt than total premium paid.
                        If any agent comes to sell any policies or any product from hdfc be sure to cross verify with ca or you will lose your money.

                          I am kumar from hyd 5/09/2017 dated evening 8:20pm to 8:30 pm i will adding money from my sbi credit card to payzap wallet but not add the money my wallet and bebit the money from card and again next transaction same repeat total 2000 rs lose my card that day and, 8/09/2017 evg 7:28pm 1000 rs adding from hdfc credit card to payzap wallet same situation repeat total 3000 rs i will lose so plz let help.

                            I have gone to an atm in shipra plaza, indirapuram to withdraw my cash on 10 sept 2017 but not able to get my debit card back as the atm card was stuck in the atm machine, nor get the money, my account no is [protected], on calling the customer care i come to know that i have to pay the 230 rs for the applying new card. On doing enquiry of that atm, i came to know that many atm cards were also struck previously in that atmmachine. So i want to ask a question to the bank authorities that what is the fault of customer if your atm machine is not working. Why i should bear the loss.
                            I think in this conditions the bank should not charged a fees of 230 from me

                            Sir I have visited my home branch rengali then I have consult branch all stap. And I have deposited my all documents but he refused and told deposited minimum rs 500 but I wold not able to give but I am able to deposit rs 100but he refused. Then what shall I do. Kill active my account as soon as possible.
                            On 30 august, rs 177 had deducted from my hdfc account number [protected] . When i checked the deduction why its happening than this detail is showing there — "hdfc bank — 3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC GST 100817-MIR[protected]. I don't know about this deduction? Why this deduction happen without my knowledge how would they can do?
                            I tried to add 5000 rs to my PAYZAPP wallet from my HDFC credit card on 05/09/2017. But the money didn't get added to my PAYZAPP account, even though it was debited from my Credit Card

                            Tried calling/mailing customer care with no response

                            Please check and help with resolving the issue at the earliest.

                              Hello HDFC Personal loan redressal Dept.

                              I am raising this compliant with you as I have been mentally and emotionally harassed and tortured by HDFC Personal Loan Collection agent ( Mob Number – [protected])
                              This incident has been happening now for continuous months, whenever the loan applicant Bhavna T misses/Delays her EMI, collection agent calls me for the follow up claiming I am the reference given

                              However to clarify which I have already communicated several time, I never GAVE MY CONSENT IN WRITTEN OR SIGNED any document, we use to work in the same team 3 years back in same company hence my details were on portal visible to team.
                              Still I have been trying to Co-operate with HDFC Collection agents whenever they call me I try to call her msg here but she never return the calls or msgs, however this months this has gone beyond my patience level Collection did not only called me and threatened but called me with fake number as my address which was given by her was old (they went their told the society people I have defaulted the EMI) also this number of the given agent did a fake call said speed post and need new address

                              Once he received this he came to my society where I live with my family and kept telling everyone about me being defaulter. on one hand I was thinking to Co-Operate as a responsible citizen, however the way he came and spoke to us threatened us after all this threatens me, you arrange her address I DON’T CARE I will come to your office on Monday then I will see what else to do, please see I have a bed ridden father to take care and 4 month pregnant wife, who cant take this kid of torture at all

                              Kindly deactivate my number as any reference given for this case as I am neither any relative nor friend also I am totally unaware where she is as we no longer work in the same team
                              I hope no one call me or my family or VISIT us to threaten, as advised over Phone banking by the Customer care Officer I am writing this email Complaint, KINDLY Deactivate my number as any reference and take strict action against the agent if we get threatened again

                                Hi, i have requested to send 3000 rs of money to my hdfc bank account from my payzap wallet on[protected]Monday) here the problem is my money got deducted from my payzap wallet but it didn't got credited to my bank account. I have complained the same through the email i got the reply saying the money gets refunded within 5 working days but now today it's 7th day still my money didn't got refunded. I have called so many times to the customer care but it was too worst that every time it says call waiting. Please tell me some solution to this to get my money refunded. Thank you. Please.

                                  worst service. for speaking to customer care officer, need press 10 of buttons after listening all stories, at the end, once you are about to handover to the Customer service executive, phone will be disconnected. Same thing happened to me 3 times today itself.

I have a hdfc salary account and also a hdfc credit card, and i have also a icici bank credit card and sbi card and also a bajaj finserve card all dues are cleared and also a 781 cibil score, i have to applied a many times personal loan but u have to cancel that on ric issues. I have to submit a all documents and pay slip also please resolve this ric issues asap.

                                    I made transaction of 500 500 2times to transfer 500 Rs to my savings account but transaction failed 2 times also that 1000 balance is not showing in my PAYZAPP account balance no reply from customers care mailed and contacted in Google + stil no response. Both transaction total 1000 as to be reversed to my account stil no response from PAYZAPP
