Nadia had asked me proof for letters i gave ms bhirva from september 2018. I had requested to stop ecs from 3 banks. She did not tell me i am supposed to give noc. Ecs return worth rs 60000 was cut for no fault of mine. I am a heart patient and need the funds to be returned. Noc was mentioned by ms komal from shanti park branch in nov. I have complained to rbi and my lawyer d pisolkar
It is better for hdfc to return my money. I am forced to put this issue in social media and news channels. Cust id 22840860.

    My name is jignesh mistry and i am from surat, gujarat.

    I have purchased one refrigerator from croma showroom in surat, gujarat on hdfc money back credit card and i was suppose to get cash back of i guess 10 % to 15% on that purchase however still i didn't get any cash back in my card.

    Croma executive told me at that time that i will get that money back in my card within 3 months after purchasing and it's already 3 months over and i paid my 3rd installment still i didn't received any cash back in my card.

    Please do the needful.

      I am having a salary savings bank account with HDFC Bank, on 6th of Jan 2020 bank has deducted Rs 885.00 charges on debit card. inspite of having a salary account with zero balance facility the bank has deducted the above amount which I feel the bank has to refund it to me.

        I have applied hdfc fastag through online on 19th december 2019 and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is[protected]. The customer id :[protected] and wallet id : [protected].

        There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

        I have been with hdfc from many years (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
        The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

          I have loaded 5000 to my payzapp wallet on jan 22nd 2020.
          I tried to transfer it to my icici bank account.

          But it failed and i got below error.
          The error message its saying 'funds could not be transferred'
          And in error description its showing api reject.

          I need to transfer that amount to my icici bank account immediately. Please help me on this issue, its really urgent.

[protected]@iinsolutionsglobal.com मेल आई डी पर मेल करने के लिये कहा इस मेल आई डी पर मेल नही जा रही है, bad destination host 'dns hard error दिखा रहा है, पहले भी टोल पर डबल भुगतान किया, अब फिर मुझे बाहर जाना है, टोल फ्री न.[protected] कन्नेक्ट नही हो रहा है । जब तक एच डी एफ सी इस फास्ट टेग को डीएक्टीवेट नही करेगा कोई दूसरा ले नही सकते. एच डी एफ सी से फास्ट टेग लेकर फस गया हूं । phone no [protected]

            मेंने एच डी एफ सी से फास्ट टेग खरीदा था wallet id [protected] जिसने की एक दिन भी काम नही किया हेल्प्लाईन[protected] पर फोन करने पर उनके बताये एकाउंट न. मे 24 जनवरी को 100 रुपये जमा कराने के बाद उन्हे ट्राजिक्शन न. बताने के बाद लगभग एक महीने बाद भी मेरा फास्टेग नही आया है अब तक 6 बार कस्टमर केयर पर फोन कर चुका हुं हर बार कहते है आपकी कम्पलेंट नोट कर ली है शुक्र वार तक आपका फास्टटेग आपको मिल जायेगा । एक महीने मे भी फास्टेग नही मिल रहे है । मे क्या कर सकता हुं । दूसरी कम्पनी का फास्टेग लेने के लिये अब डीएक्टिवेट कराना ही पडेगा, फास्टेग एकाउंट मे पडे 700 रुपये का नुकसान उठना पडेगा कोई और चारा नही है ।

                Sir,
                The transport ministry of india has made fast tags mandatory. A number of companies are providing fast tags at different costs, out of which hdfc is one.
                But it is ironical and ridiculous that the hdfc bank customers who have their saving/current a/c and fds worth lakhs of rupees, are also asked to deposit the refundable security of rs.200/ for fast tags.
                Now, you are humbly requested that at least the customers who have their a/c in hdfc bank should be provided fast tags totally free of cost, like debit card/credit card/netbanking facilities.

                  I have been using the hdfc credit card from the past 3 years and am facing a lot of difficulties just in updating the address of my credit card since my signature is not matching. I have called up customer service and was asked to submit a form - when i went to the bank branch for assistance in filling out the form, i was routed to 3 different branches where no one knew the correct answer.in the end i was given a mismatch form for the signature which also required me to fill out the signature as per bank records - which i have stated multiple times that i don't recall. Have tried calling customer service as well, but getting routed through innumerable ivr options which do not solve the issue. Meanwhile i am also being prevented from redeeming the points currently available on my card and i kept getting messages to contact the bank - this is amounting to too much of harassment and very poor customer service

                    Lot of people facing the same issue. I come to know after check my netbanking statement.

                      I have been trying to reach out to HDFC fastag customer care number[protected] but no one picks the call. I visited HDFC bank branches as well there is no help available.

                      I am facing multiple issues with my HDFC tag, its always shows black listed and recently there has been two fraud transactions happened at Savaya toll plaza where INR 85 has been deducted each time but the reality is I never visited this toll plaza.

                      For last 4 months I have been tried to contact HDFC fastag customer but there is no luck. Everytime I hear IVR music then call get disconnected.

                      I am too much fed up with HDFC services.

                        There has been two transactions on my hdfc fastag of INR 85 each has been deducted at Savaya Toll Plaza. First time on 17th Jan around 3pm and second time on 21st Jan at 5:08pm. However I have never visited Savaya toll plaza on these dates and was all time in Delhi.

                        This seems to be some kind of fraud. Either someone is missing my wallet or its some sort of cyber crime.

                        I would like this to be investigated and want my fastag card RFID [protected] to be blocked till the time this dispute is resolved.

                            My credit card ill was due which is why a certain amount of money in my bank account was frozen. I paid the pending dues immediately hoping it would reflect in 1 business day (24 hours) as I did it though my account in HDFC itself. The payment hasn't reflected till now (been 3 days) and the customer care has asked me to wait for 4 more business days for the account to be in working condition. After asking them multiple times (on their helpline) for a solution, they only seem to drop the call conveniently. Unfortunately the money frozen in my account is all the money I have left for now and the bank has done nothing to help me in the past 2 days that I have been actively following up.
                            I NEED the payment to be processed in a day so my account money has be unfrozen. My contact number associated with the account is [protected]

                              Hi,

                              I have send mails to fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com regarding my cancellation of fastag application. I haven't receive any single responds from them . I applied for fastag on 18/12/2019 for the vehicle no UP33Y4117. my application reference no HFR01181948. It shows that I will receive fastag within 7 working days . But still now nothing has been done when ever I call customer care but no help from them .

                              so far my account not created and I didnt receive any mail regarding that . called hdfc fastag customer care N number of times .

                              Help me to get cancel my application and my money Rs500 paid for the fastag application ref no: HFR01181948 back .

                                Pl note that i do not have any mf transactions thru above hdfc account and hence please arrange to credit the amounts deducted so far to my account.

                                This is a serious issue as defections were being made without any transactions by me for so many years.

                                    I had applied for an HDFC Fastag in December (paid 500/- rs in all) and also successfully received an SMS that my Fastag Application was successful on 09-Dec-2019. Further to this, also recieved an SMS that Fastag has been issued successfully and wallet created on 15-Dec-2019

                                    However since then i'm unable to track or locate the status of my fastag sticker. Visiting the bank branch also has not been successful - they simply refer you to the customer care help desk or ask you to reach out to the registered email support id "fastag.[protected]@1pay.in". Both haven't worked. Phone is not picked and email does not exist. i'm at a loss now.

                                      It is very disappointing that I have to write this letter to you. I have purchased 18th January more than 20 products from my HDFC account but unfortunately order was delay delivery without any information.
                                      I have not received any notice or something else I have mentally disturbed as well please take action regarding this issued another will i will complain about social network.

                                      Still now I have not receive yet my all items in my delivery location also today I have receive message from HDFC the EMI amount will debit 5th Feb’2020, how its possible I don’t know about that ???

                                      Amazon is not taking any responsibility if the seller won't deliver and there is no option to contact amazon customer care people directly it insists the customers to visit amazon account.

                                      I am going through a horrible experience as well. Such a pathetic situation.

                                      I'm harassing repeatedly from using this service???

                                      Charging money on a regular basis for not giving any facility, they are not
                                      Cooperative. The charges for every damn thing and they are cheating the
                                      Employees, organizations because they don"t think about the customer and
                                      They, are only worried about their quarterly profit.*

                                      Where is the proof that my case has been escalated? I am really struggling
                                      Hard to write up decent words in my email. Because i just see that you guys
                                      Continuously don't give any damn to my request. And from the very
                                      Beginning, i am telling you that you guys are pathetic and *highly
                                      Unprofessional amazon service team*. I am trying to find my way to
                                      Complain about you in public forum nothing more else.

                                      *what i am looking for against my complaint???*

                                      1. *i would like to file my extreme dissatisfaction with the Amazon & HDFC
                                      Service. *
                                      2. *what a beautiful solution! *
                                      3. *HDFC management can you please tell me???*

                                      I m still suffering to get the resolution on this. On amazon side, they
                                      Are providing me daily a new resolution date and ultimately failed to get
                                      Me any information on this. Now it’s a peak of testing my patience level.

                                      *i am writing this email to you regarding your false commitment with
                                      HDFC all senior due to logistic issued and i want to full compensation,
                                      Nothing more else. *

                                      In the end, just requesting you to please expedite my concern so that i can
                                      Get some sort of respite.

                                      *my complaints against HDFC team:*
                                      1. Failed to deliver the product within the committed time while placing
                                      The order.
                                      2. Lack of service even after getting 100% money from the customer.
                                      3. The customer was treated in an arrogant way by amazon executives.

                                      *kindly do needful immediately and as soon as possible and take action
                                      Nothing more else also will be should give best services of valuable
                                      Customer.*

                                      Please escalated this matter to concern department and as soon as possible call back my number.

                                      I want to compensation.

                                      Note: — Here am sharing my bitter experience with Amazon & HDFC, to create awareness.
                                      About the fraudulent works done by total amazon team. Please escalated
                                      This matter to senior person as well as audit this call from the internal
                                      And external quality department and waiting for your resolution.

                                      A lot of times people are cheated because of lack of awareness from their side and salespeople take advantage of this. Once a loan is sanctioned and disbursed, there is a little that can be done to reverse the damage.

                                      Please arrange the call back from higher escalation team so that i can discuss with them also i want to compensation because why I'm facing with your seller, they did full-fill their commitment.

                                      I am helpless and fighting for its own money. both bank are harassing me and replied me that your amount has been bad debit. where I can go to lodge a complain file against this kind of issued. My humble request to you kindly resolve immediately in top priority from grievance team.

                                        Address: 885/2 ACHARYA PURI, behind mamta hospital mata road, Gurgaon, Haryana, 122001

                                        My customer id is[protected] and wallet id is[protected]. on my this id 2 fastags have been issued by hdfc bank on single vehicle with tag sequence 10975209 and 20557324. The problem is 10975209 is active but is not delivered to my address and 20557324 is closed. i have called customer care many times but they are not responding.
                                        kindly do the needful.
