I had taken a new car loan from hdfc in the month of july 2016. This was initiated by the car showroom however there were many banks that actually offered me loans, but the representative lured me in taking the loan and also promised that that there will be no preclosure charges in case i wanted to close after 6 months. Now i have booked another car and want to close the existing loan, but when i approached your bank i was shocked to hear, as there are asking for a proof for no preclosure charges.

    I lost my food card and blocked the card. I have the balance of around 6000 in that. I got new food card after applying it but money didn't carry over in my new food card. It's have been around two months still money didn't transfer to my new food card. Please help me in this...

      Hello,

      I have used my hdfc credit card on the month of sep and did not paid on the particular period. Due to this my card was blocked and i got call on oct5. My old card outstanding was transferred into my new credit card which was inactive. However i have paid my full amount via netbanking on oct7.

      As my new card also was not activated and old card blocked, i did not care about my credit card and i was out of country by that time. I was thinking that as i did not used my card, i will not get any statement. After return to my hometown i came to know that my credit card statment is showing as 3000+ is due.

      I have raised this concern many times to customercare, rm, thru mail etc. I did not get proper response regarding this. Because i already have paid including late fee and my card is not active, how come everymonth my bill is generating and getting outstanding. Still my credit card statment is keep generating and shwoing as 5000+.

      Two days back i came to know via credit card department that oct4th my late fee 700 got generated and that one was not paid. That 700 late fee was not showed during my online payment.

      Really i was not aware this. Now i am keep getting call from branch managers and saying that if i didnt pay my outsanding, in future, i cannot get loan and etc etc...

      As i am valid customer, i need proper justification on this. Please arrange for inquiry and stop generating my statement until i get clarification.

        Hi this is mansoor mmotebanna. I have a complaint about my credit card.. Due to my financial conditions i was unable to complete my credit card payment so i call customer card and asked them to make the whole amount into emi's. They said they will make a call back... I call them twice and asked them to do the same.. I did a payment of 18000 as per the last mail received that i have a minimum due of around 15000 so i deposited 18k then i got a msg that 20000 has been deducted. I never know what payment i have to do and this people are keeping increasing the amount without a mail.. M fed up with this kinda services

          I have been using credit card ending 6463 for last 2 years. After getting pregnant on april 2017, i had missed my payment on may 2017, and they have now put a hold on my salary account from hdfc. The credit card manager rimpa das is saying that i will be a defaulter by next bill generation, and then they will deduct whole amount. My may 2017 bill shows rs 48, 713, but now they are asking for rs 81, 000.
          We have no idea how the amount can increase so much from the last time i paid and the last time i had my statement balance of may.
          Additional to that, even after repeatedly sending mails and giving my medical issue details, there is still no reply from the hdfc bank.
          The people who speak to us has been very bad mouthed to me and my husband. They are always saying that the whole amount will be deducted and they will take the amount as necessary.
          As a result, i am not able to use my money or make the minimum due payment : rs 14, 292 from the account and they are forcibly making me defaulter.
          Please help to release the account before the due date of 9th june.

            I have given in writing filling all the forms to close my account but it is still not done and they are still deducting money from my account it has been more than 8-10 months now and the bank deducted the balance which was credited by my previous company as well.

            Can any one please resolve this for me i have been to the vishrantwadi branch as well for this but even after waiting for 1 hr no resolution was given

            They were busy handling a client with a fat pocket and ready to overlook some policies as well but in our case no resolution

              I am getting a call from a person who is asked me to buy a lifeinsurance frm hdfc life worth rupess 90000 for 10yrs and get a load of rupees 900000. Then he asked me to go to bharti axa life insurance as hdfc age limit is not as per the required. The no that i am gettng calls from are

              They have already got me to bharti axa insurance and is asking me to go to hdfc after getting the insurance to get my loan amount. They called me regarding hdfc small term loans for appliances and electronics. And then convinced me to go for this big load amount of 900000. Then they said that they ll give me load of 1080000 and not 90000 for which i have to give a premiuim of 90000 for 12 years and the maturity of the policy wuld also be claimed by them. I. E. A loan at zero percnt of rate of intrest. They asked me for my pan no. And said that they ll check my civil before. Then they said ur civil is ok. Then i asked them for which branch should i visit... They said that its from head office from delhi and dont require any visit from the office except the insurance company.

                I got a call from various numbers ([protected]. [protected]. [protected]. [protected]. [protected]) as hdfc loan division section. When i enquired about 12lakhs loan, they asked for my pan number and told me ring back by checking my cibil. I got a call next day that i could avail a loan of 1080000/- for which i will have to buy a insurance for same value. The premium would come for about 90000/_ per year for 12 years. The proposal sounded too good to be true. First they offered policy from hdfc life but next day changed to bharti axa. This created suspicion as why would hdfc offer loan on axa policy. On confirming from bank they suggested to beware from these calls.

                    I have not got a refund of rs. 6, 520 from Amazon.in which had been processed on 31st March against the order no.[protected]usha bandhan hand sewing machine). I have contacted customer services a no. Of times, but have not got any support . I also contacted the Amazon customer services, they keep saying to contact the concerned bank . Plz help
                    Its been 6 months since this farcas is going on. I have lost my job, i am trying to end my loans and credit card dues. HDFC Cards gave me some 53k as final settlement. There was no way i had that kind of money. Then to name Mr Manjunath, Ms. Lakshmi, Ms Rose Mary, Mr Venkat, Ms. Usha - all claiming to be from HDFC or on behalf of HDFC Credit cards. From the last 3 months from 1st of the month to the 18th or 20th when I call for the settlement, they do not answer...then proverbially when their incentives are due I will receive a barrage of calls saying my CIBIL score is impacted, agents will be sent to recover, court case will be filed, etc etc
                    Infact Ms Mary had the cheek to seek a free consultation from my Dentist wife for herself and inspite of 71 messages to her number that she shared, we requested for a call to no avail. We have paid 4000 in November and she said and so did Mr Manju that a resettlement letter will be sent...nothing has come.
                    I am saying tthis for the last time - I can only pay 35000/- rupees and for this I have to come from a different city to Bangalore ...
                    Please let me know if this can be at all resolved ...my number is [protected]...

There was no way i had that kind of money. Then to name Mr MD [protected], Ms. Sunita, Mr Ganesh Nikam [protected], all claiming to be from HDFC or on behalf of HDFC Credit cards.                       I have purchased innova crysta with hdfc auto loan; the vehicle was booked through wasan toyoto; i have opted for state bank of india loan as there was no fore closure involved. However loan executive in wasan toyota convinced me take hdfc loan as they will not charge foreclosure charges after 18 months. Despite of repeated reminders and requests, hdfc is not ready to even provide loan agreement executed between us and even not sure fore closure charges are waived after 18 months.

                        I have my women saving account in hdfc bank ltd. They are deducting 115 rupees every quarterly from my account. When i asked about the details of this deduction they said this amount is for programme management fee. I asked that i never authorised this kind of deduction then they said you have to visit the branch to resolve this issue. I have tried to send mail to my customer representative of hdfc bank but mail or not delivering on his mail id.
                        Amount is deducting from 1 jan 2016.

                        I, P. Achyutham, have an account with HDFC bank, Mayur Vihar Phase II branch. I am being charges Rs.115.00 quarterly from January 1, 2017, as program management fee in lieu of which I am not being given any benefits. I request that the issue may please be looked into.

                          on My credit card with out my approval and with out any intimation they have activated the one assist card facility and have charged 1799 rs, Even spoke with customer care number for cancellation they told with in 3 days will receive call from one assist team cancellation, 5 days over no call has come. Kindly deactivate and refund the 1799 rs on card.
                          Don't activate this type of subscription in future.. With out my knowledge..
                          Otherwise I will cancel My account in HDFC credit card..

                            I was transferring my home loan from icici bank to hdfc bank. I had told hdfc executive to sanction loan of 21 lacs at the time of initial submitting of documents. After the submission of all documents 11500 inr was deducted from my account as processing fees. Soon after the fees was deducted there was no response or update from hdfc executive about the loan. Always i was the one to call and ask for the latest update. I was getting mails from hdfc bank to submit the documents which was already submitted to the executive on the first day. There are many other things which i want to discuss and which is not mentioned here. I am getting sanction letter after 1.5 months of amount 1786016 inr. This mistake was accepted by executive as well. Now i don't want any loan from hdfc and want to continue my loan with icici bank because of several mistakes made by hdfc bank executive and the way of speaking. I have salary nre account in hdfc bank since 2008 (Classic customer). Please help me out as i want 11500 inr back. I want to discusss this matter with any senior personnel and close this matter asap.

                              The matter is related to hdfc bank joginaka branch gopiganj uttar pradesh.
                              I am shukdeo mishra and my account number is [protected]. My mobile no. Associiated with the account is [protected]

                              I went to hdfc bank joginaka branch in december 2016 to close this acount. But the branch managger asked me to continue the account and deposit money. He assured me that the negative balance of 4140 rs will be reversed by him after i will use my account regularly. So i deposited the money and start using the amount.

                              Then after december2016 i revisited the branch in may 2017. And i saw that none of the negative balance was reversed. I again requested the branch manager to reverse the negative balance (Charges). Then the bm sent me to avinash tripathi for reversing the negative balance. Avinash refused to accept any written application and assured me that my negative balance (Charges) will be reversed.

                              I kept on visiting the branch and asking avinash to do my work and he kept on giving me false assurance for more than a month. Slowly about a month has passed. Then again i talked to bm and branch manager said to me to give avinash a written application and write in it that a total 4140 rs has been deducted from my account as charges and please reverse it. On 29 of may i gave the written application and got a receiving.

                              Branch manager and avinash both has assured me that full 4140 amount will be reversed. Bm also said that im not required to do any comlaint to customer care, and if avinash will not reverse the amount even after getting written application then the bm himself will do complaint against him.

                              I am harrassed for more than a month and today on 5-6-2017 when i visited the branch nothing was done for reversing my money. And moreover the branch manager changed his words and said that only two deductions will be reversed and total 4140 will not be reversed. However from december 2016 to may 2017 the branch manager himself had assured me that my full
                              Money 4140 rs will be reversed.

                              Avinash has harrrassed me for more than a month and bm has changed his words, firstly he said that he will reverse my full negative balance then after harrassing me for more than month he is saying only two transactions will be reversed.

                              I request the customer care to please call me and understand the topic properly. Branch manager used to say that all the deductions will be reversed one by one but today on 5-6-2017 he directly refused to reverse my deductions.

                                    I hold my salary account as well as current with hdfc bank since past 5 years. I have a credit card as well with hdfc. I was unable to make the payment for past 4 months as a i was overseas and returned
                                    Currently. Without any information my both the accounts under a my name in hdfc has a been blocked.


                                    I am so disgusted with this sort of behaviour. Do you guys understand how much i have suffered with all these stuffs. I have visited bank 4/5 times. Called customer care like continuously for past 3 days with a lame reply cc department will get back to you.

                                    To reach to a customer care i have been repeatedly dialling select 1 for language 2 for cc etc... This calls off the patience anyhow. And still no resolution. They don't even check that the customer has been paying without fail for the past 4 years. If there was a lag for 4 months they treat the customer this way. First you guys repeatedly call and make us get the credit card and later put us in trouble. This is really unacceptable.

                                      I got a call from above numbers stating that this guys are from hdfc loan department and put forward an proposal of loan with 6.5% reducing rate of interest against new policy of hdfc life - super income plan of 8 years of 95000 amount against my loan amount 20 lacs. They purposely told me to take an policy for which they will grant home loan within 30 days and told me not to share strictly any information to hdfc life officials on call or face-to-face that purpose of policy is loan only and better tell them that your requirement is for tax saving only to avoid 5% to 30% commission.

                                      I got happy and submitted documents to hdfc life executive with my details and updated them purpose as tax saving since was guided by mr. Mukesh from claiming hdfc loan department. I received continuous follow up calls almost 45 calls in 3-4 hours after submitting documents and for payment of premium. Post that i searched on net and took suggestion from my friend working in banking sector guided me that there is no such loan plan in picture which can grant you loan in your personal bank account under rbi rule for new property.

                                      Hence post this i tried to search it on internet and thank god i found this website and was saved from entering into an investment without my consents. Policy is genuine but there is a racket going which proposes loan against policy which should be stopped to avoid mental harassment and waste of time to valued prime customer for last 5-6 years and other new customers.

                                      I request all members to be aware in this matter while speaking to such representatives and verify there details before going into an investment.
