I had applied for 80K personal loan on 16th Feb 2018, on 17th Feb 2018 I received a call from HDFC loan agent named Nitin (989****362), he suggested me to submit the supporting documents. On 19th Feb 2018 a guy named Santosh arrived near my company, collected the documents and completed the documentation process. Its been 28 days its 14 Mar 2018, yet I didn't receive the amount and even after regular messages and phone calls from my end I didn't receive proper response from the agent. I have been mentally tortured and harassed. Its been 6working days daily morning I will get a call from Nitin stating that bank representative will come to your house for document verification but till toady he has not arrived. I seriously don't where the guy is lost in Pune.

This is my first loan in my 5 years working career but still its taking too long to get personal loan approve. as per my understanding it just takes 4-6 days for approval of personal loan. We apply loan in case of emergencies so that the amount will support us. I am mentally disturbed and upset from few days because of bank officials unattended calls and non reverted messages.

      I would like to inform regarding of purchased Portronics Headphone through the Amazon site but product have received with certain damage condition then i have returned the product and sent request for refund amount but there is certain missed communication between HDFC Bank & Amazon, called both customer service center but they couldn't help to me, pls i would request to both pls communicate with each other and resolve this problem,

        I am follow up this matter from last 9 months but i am not receiving any satisfactory answer.

          Sub: "depository charges" levied by hdfc demat account.

          Dear help desk,

          This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by hdfc bank. I want my money back to my account. Bank has charged me rs 885.00 for depository charges on my hdc demat account, which was offered by mr. Bharat sharma (Your executive sitting at your hdfc greater kailash branch).

          During the time of opening the account, i have told them i don't need any demat account but he told me that it would be lifetime free service. No extra charge will cut for the same. But, suddently they charged. This is frustratin and nobody is willing to help. Really i m very fed up for the same. This is really irritating to see this king of charges from hdfc bank. Axis bank on the other hand is more transparent and truth worthy.

          I am surprised to see this has happened second time, first time same thing happened on my hdfc credit card. Please take the needful action or let me know what needs to be done from my side. Please help and given me an update on vanisha. [protected]@spirotechindia.in

            Dear sir i understand that - rs 725.70 charges have been debited in said account t and when contacted to the hdfc call centre after multiple attempts during last week to know the reason of the same. Contact centre executive mr kiran today told me that he does not have any complete details of this debit. Pls note that i want to close this account with immediate effects under such scenario /clarify the reason on urgent basis. Moreover pls note that this is a minor account u/g myself. Thanks anil

              Hdfc bank had debited rs.708/- twice from account stating that it's due to some amb charges without any notice. Money has been debited twice on 12th march, 2018 for both the january and feburuary at the same time (12th march). You should atleast notify us about the balance before randomly deducting money like this. If you are not going to refund my amount i have to close this account. Please get it resolved asap.

                The charges levied in your account pertains to non-maintenance of AMB of Rs. 10000.00 in the months of January 2018 and February 2018. We wish to inform you that as per the terms and conditions applicable for salary account holders if salary is not credited into the account for 3 consecutive months, the account will be converted from a zero balance salary account to a regular savings account. The special facilities offered on the Salary Account is pursuant to the arrangement between the employer/company and the Bank. These benefits are extended by virtue of your employment in the organization, on whose request the account is opened with the bank and subject to regular salary credit.                     Hi all,

                    It's regarding my salary account with hdfc bank which was opened in 2014 and in 2016 i left my job and i was not using my hdfc account from mid of 2016 as per my last bank statement till december of 2017 my account was not in negative amount and just in two and half months when i checked my account am having very huge negative balance of -18900 as i was not aware of the negative balance i used this account transfer some amount with this account but since it's in negative balance my whole transferred money is not reflected in the account and i have lost all the amount which i have transferred and this is leading me in to financial crisis.

                    Please let me know what needs to be done to wave of the negative balance and to get back the amount which was transferred.

                      I received a call from one mr yogesh agarwal from mobile no [protected], who said he was calling from hdfc life and informed about my policy no 11403946 wherein a premium of rs 50000 was paid on 23 march 2010 and none thereafter. He mentioned about the revival of the said policy and sent all the details as above by sms.
                      I am not able to place any further details of the said policy. Is this a fraud call.

                        But as per commitment of bank i am not received fastag

                          Dear team,

                          I have been misguided by your agent... I have an account in hdfc whereas due to job change i enquired about the change of saving account to salary acc again to avoid maintaince charges since i have been already charged rs. 300 in ths month of jan.

                          She replied me that i can use this account to my new office so that if 3 months continues amount get credited in account it will be change to salary account again hence you will not be charged further for next 5 months.

                          Due to this i have enabled this acc to my new office and getting salary this account or else i would have created an new acc. But today i am suprised to see that i have been charged rs. 885 for annual maintaince etc. This is real bogus from hdfc customer service who is not aware of the process.

                          Now who will bare my rs. 885. I need hdfc to credit back the amount and change the acc back to salary with immediate effect.

                          Or else i will be pushed to take this further to next level until i get my refund.

                            I never requested for a priority pass card, it was provided as a privileged customer gesture shown by hdfc bank to me. I felt extremely happy and the letter sent to me along with the pp card said that 12 lounge accesses in a year are complimentary with it. I accessed the lounges at the different airports at a few occasions and yes they were complimentary till i used it at mumbai on 25/08/2017 and delhi on 26/08/2017. To my surprise in one of my subsequent statements (Nov 17) i was charged rs. 1, 786.86 per visit. On enquiring about the charges through helpline i was told that the free accesses have been stopped but i contested that i never received a letter/communication from the bank about the same and i always had instructed the bank to send me all communications and statements as hard copies as i am not an internet savvy person. The bank on my repeated complaints showed another gesture of reversing one of those charges but are refusing to reverse the second charge. Please help me to get the second charges as well reversed.
                            My request is for the reversal of the charges (1788.88 twice + igst) reflecting in my november 2017 month's statement. I have realized that one of the charges have already been reversed in my feb-18 statement but the reversal of the second charge is still pending.
                            My simple questions to hdfc are :
                            1. Why wasn't the hard copy of the charges of accessing lounges at the
                            Airport with your pp cards sent, when all of a sudden it was decided by
                            Hdfc and that too in the middle of a year that the free accesses provided
                            Earlier would be chargeable?
                            2. The hard copies of charges could have been simply sent with the
                            Statement along with the free brochures of jumbo loans, discount
                            Vouchers etc.
                            Isn't it a clear case of conveniently hiding the charges from customers?
                            3. An email or an sms can be easily lost or junked or for a person like me it
                            Can be easily missed if one does not check one's emails regularly. To be
                            Honest, i cant even find any email regarding the charges of pp card usage
                            At the lounges that hdfc executives have been saying, apart from the
                            Ones that have started coming ever since i have been requesting for a
                            Reversal of the charges.
                            4. Please mark that the pp card was sent to me without my requests for
                            It or the complimentary services that came along with the pp
                            Card. We and i'm sure many customers like me were lured into using them
                            By the kind gesture hdfc showed towards us saying we were its valued
                            And privileged customers-isn't it true?
                            5. Please seek an answer from hdfc bank as to why it should not be
                            Considered another banking fraud?

                              I have credit card from hdfc bank for which payment was due and when it got late, bank lien the total balance amount from my savings account.

                              Now even if i understand this is bank's right, i made complete payment of credit card more than two weeks ago and now asking for refund of the amount bank had lien before.

                              I am not in india so cannot go to bank, so they are sending me emails for two weeks saying that they would reach out to me in 7 business days or two weeks. they are unnecessarily delaying the refund. they asked me how do i want refund, i told them already that i need refund in my savings account but to every email they only respond with standard statement that bank would reach out to me.

                              I need urgent assistance. also, bank charged late fee for credit card which i paid, now bank is late in making my refund and i ought to charge late fee to bank as well, bank needs to refund my money with interest that they charged me for overdue payment and the penalty for keeping my money when i owe nothing to bank anymore.

                                I quit my job 8 months ago and since then i haven't been using this account i had in hdfc. Now all of sudden it shows me message of -2000 odd charges. How can i pay as i'm not working too. I really wish to close this account and i don't wanna play a single penny as it's quote unfair to levy such huge amount. Also when ac was created it clearly mentioned and i was told as zero balance account and no changes will be levied. Please help. I can't pay and i don't wanna use this account too anymore.

                                  Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 4 years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. Recently i changed new company..
                                  The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its 7000 negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidelines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.
                                  I approach branch, but they behaved rudly & refuse to close account.
                                  Plz juistice to me. 7000 is huge amount to me. What is the solution?
                                  What is the action will take against this bank. I have received statutory bonus of rs 4500 which has been deducted as well. Please do the needful. I have raised so many issues online however, nothing worked for me. Now the last option is to complain to rbi.

                                    account showing negative balance

                                    Dear sir/mam,
                                    I had salary account with hdfc when i was working in a company. After leaving the company i didn't have much transaction with hdfc account. Today i received a message that my account is debited with 600 rs for some average monthly balance. When i logged in to check it's showing negative balance of 839 rs.
                                    According to rbi rule banks are not supposed to charge any balance for not maintaining minimum balance in...

                                    Policy no. 15580919 the premium receipt has not received along back. After given the mail id no response from the staff. Several time i visited to the hdfc insurance office they only advice this is your password. What i will do if the password mismatched with my mail id. The another problem original policy document has not recieved sofar. Plz send me the all premium receipt.

                                      Some amb charges are debiting from my account without my notice. This is very hectic without any intimation unnecessarily my amount is being debited. If you are not going to refund my amount i have to close this account for sure. Really fed-up with this bank request you to kindly get it resolved.
